Wow, what an incredible stay! This charming beachfront house is an absolute gem. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and taking a morning dip in the crystal-clear sea was pure bliss. The pool offered a refreshing alternative, perfect for lazy afternoons. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

Absolute perfection - thank you so much, Kyriaki. This is a beautiful, homely, thoughtful and very special house. Exquisite details, all the mod cons (so easy to live in!) and the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Also - if you’re into this sort of thing - just brilliant, warm, loving energy. The garden is beautiful too - pool, olive trees, comfortable loungers and bar and dining areas. The area is also fantastic and very child- friendly. Already thinking about when we can return…

A great location exactly as described. The pool area is clean and has it's own bathroom. It's a short distance from the village centre in a quiet location. While it is walkable a car is essential. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The view from the terrace is superb. We booked it for six people which meant that the upper floor was unavailable. I retrospect we should have booked the whole house as the view from these rooms must be spectacular!

Comment dire, si vous recherchez la quiétude, le repos, le soleil, une très belle vue sur la mer ,un jacuzzi pour la détente , dans une ville charmante, cette maison cycladique vous charmera comme elle nous a charmé ! This is a house for people that love stories and want a house with personality and a sense of a family and the place around it. This house comes with furniture from early 20th century Greece, a book from the writer that created the house and an amazing family story from a family in the far side of the world (San Fran) that came to love Greece through travelling with a sailing boat around Greek islands before settling and building a vacation home. It’s an experience not just another house to spend the night. A house worthy of the Durrels, so thank you Mimi LaFolette for it. Beyond that it’s on a hill overlooking Spetses town so you exchange in views and privacy with 500 metres of uphill walk every morning and night but you can also use taxis or electric bikes or motorcycles to make it easier.

Το κατάλυμα πραγματικά βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με ιδιωτικότητα. Η πισίνα μοιράζεται από 3 μεζονέτες αλλά όταν πήγαμε εμείς ήμασταν μόνοι.Ο κήπος που περιβάλει το οίκημα περιποιημένος, προσφέρει ηρεμία. Η κουζίνα περιέχει όλα τα απαραίτητα, το μπαλκόνι είχε υπέροχη θέα. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο Άγγελος, μας κατατόπισε πλήρως! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Fantastisk vistelse i ett superfint hus, trots att det är ett parhus var det väldigt tyst. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående och välkomnande oss på bästa sätt. Tydlig beskrivning av huset som överträffade förväntningarna. Extra plus till bekvämligheter som städ varje dag och möjlighet till att få tvättade kläder. Även grannen var supertrevlig som bokad in oss på en riktigt fin restaurang som sedan övergick till att vara club. Rekommenderas starkt.

This home was AMAZING 🤩!!! The pool, the bed so comfy, the tv in the living room was like 95 inches wide!!! It was like a movie theater!!! Had all the amenities and more!! Wish it was my home!! Great job stavros!!! Looking forward to stay again in the summer at your place! Thank you!!

KK house we stayed is the best! Even though you need to walk up a lot of stairs, it worth staying there. Our favorite daily routine was to get up at 6:30 and then go for a morning walk to get bread for breakfast every day. It was the wonderful beginning of the day. Our host, Christine is very kind and helpful. Because we haven’t visited Hydra before, we had no idea what it is like there and we had many questions to ask her, but she answered all the questions clearly and kindly. She arranged our donkeys to bring our luggage. The horseman was also very nice and always on time. This beautiful house made our stay very special and I highly recommend it to people especially who like walking. We love this place and we’ll come back!

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για διαμονή στον Πόρο. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ιδανική , ήσυχη τοποθεσία ,πεντακάθαρο και ήταν ακριβώς όπως στην περιγραφή της καταχώρησης. Ο Νικόλας και η μητέρα του ήταν απολύτως επικοινωνιακοί και πρόθυμοι να συνδράμουν σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε με συμβουλές και κατατοπιστικές πληροφορίες. Με την άφιξή μας είχαν προνοήσει για κρύα εμφιαλωμένα νερά και παγάκια στο ψυγείο ,καθώς και μια ποιοτική σπιτική λεμονάδα για να φρεσκαριστούμε. Επίσης μας έδωσαν την ευκαιρία της ευέλικτης αναχώρησης και γενικά ήταν από τους οικοδεσπότες που τιμούνε τη φιλοξενία και σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι σαν να βρίσκεσαι σε οικείο χώρο. Η οργανωμένη παραλία ήταν στα 50 μέτρα απόσταση και δίπλα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και φούρνος για τις αγορές τελευταίας στιγμής. Στα υπέρ του χώρου το ιδιωτικό ασφαλές πάρκινγκ και η απίστευτη θέα από τις δύο βεράντες. Γενικά θα πρότεινα στους δυνητικά υποψήφιους μελλοντικούς ενοικιαστές να μην χάνουν το χρόνο τους αναζητώντας που θα μείνουν στο νησί......

Un très bel appartement, bien décoré, des balcons de chaque côté dont un avec une belle vue sur la baie. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée (gâteaux, jus de fruit, fruits, bouteilles d’eau ..). L’appartement dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et Nikoletta a tout fait pour s’assurer que nous passions un bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’hôte était généreux et attentif à nos besoins. Logement impeccable, calme et grand avec une vue magnifique sur la région. C’est un endroit tout désigné pour visiter les alentours. Nous recommandons fortement. Merci pour toutes les attentions et gâteries laissées pour notre confort.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Maria est très accueillante et nous a donné des instructions claires avant notre arrivée pour trouver le logement facilement. Elle a en plus été très flexible sur nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. L'appartement est assez grand et très lumineux, nous avons bien profité du balcon. merci Maria !

A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. Das Haus ist wunderschön in eine idyllische Landschaft eingebettet. Es liegt auf einem Hügel und man blickt auf den gegenüberliegenden Hügel mit Weitblick. Es ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und sehr privat, ruhig. Die Architektur ist grosszügig mit Fenstern zu allen Himmelsrichtungen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins Detail perfekt gestaltet. Ein vielfältiger Obstkorb, Kaffe, Butter, Milch etc. und eine freundliche persönliche Begrüssung durch Tracy am Hafen haben uns sehr gefreut. Die Terassen sind sehr gross und überdacht. Der Garten sehr gepflegt und es gibt einen Grillplatz und Tisch, um vom Wind geschützt sein Essen genissen zu können. Insgesamt 3 Terassen! Durch das zweite WC im Erdgeschoss ist es auch sehr gut für 6 Personen geeignet. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehendes Haus und ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Wir mussten früher abreisen und Tracy ist uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Empfehlen dieses Airbnb zu 100% weiter!

Υπέροχος χώρος!!! Ότι πρέπει για οικογενειακές διακοπές διότι το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει τα πάντα!!!και πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς!!! Σίγουρα θα ήθελα να ξανά μείνω εκεί!!!!

Theocharis is a wonderful host and was very communicative. The house is located 2 minutes from the beach, close to different types of restaurants, and in General Tolo is about 15-20 minutes drive from Nafplio. In addition the house is very big, and would easily fit to large families. The only thing that was a bit challenging is the mosquitoes during our stay. I would emphasize that almost every window has a mosquito net installed, which made it much better to handle this case. Highly recommended!

5eme séjour à hydra et de loin la maison la plus agréable que j’ai pu louer. Véritable maison de vacances, qui dégage de bonnes ondes. L’emplacement un peu en retrait assure une grande tranquillité. Terrasse avec vue sur mer et jardin clos très agréables. Épicerie proche pour les courses du quotidien. Kamini et port d’Hydra à une dizaine de minutes de marche. Très bonne sélection de livres et vinyl par ailleurs !

Others have mentioned the gardens and they really do deserve special praise. So beautiful and, amidst the dry landscape, so green and flower covered. Then, at the bottom of the tiered garden, a gate swings open to reveal the azure sea. Dive in off the rocks, climb back via a ladder...but beware of the many urchins and the occasional jellyfish. Not serious, but one of our party got stung and it was painful. Luckily they are a rarity and u can spot them easily. Only saw them once in our 2 week stay. Otherwise, only thing to note are the mosquitos which do come out in squadrons at dusk. Best and most pleasurable way to escape them is to take the chairs to the sea and enjoy a drink watching the amazing sunsets. For location alone...did I mention the ancient Spartan temple in the garden? .. I wd not hesitate to recommend. Stunning.
