We had a perfect stay! Though it's a one-room flat, it's very well furnished and functional to live in (and not just sleep in) - and cute. Everything was clean and seemed to be new. It's all equipped as well, you'll find everything you need to cook, a rack to dry your clothes, hairdryer, coffee machine and a wardrobe. There is a table big enough to eat inside but the terrace was our favourite spot! There you have you private space to chill, have drinks or dinner in the shade, play cards, relax. The location was great too! Only a couple minutes from Korissia and several beaches if you don't want to go far for a swim. Down the street from the flat are bars, restaurants and the mini market so you can take a stroll in the evening for dinner, drinks and a walk on the marina or pop out in the morning for breakfast (though the flat also had coffee & breakfast snacks). Though it was very hot, the flat stays cool and enjoyable day & night (there is also AC if needed). Because we arrived early, they even went through the struggle of having the room ready for us early, and allowed us to stay longer after checkout. He also bailed us out very quick when we locked ourselves out on the terrace (warning: always leave the key in the lock^^). This was an all around great stay and I can warmly recommend it :)

Our stay in Kea at Margarita’s place was simply exceptional! The house is beautiful, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea that delighted us every day. Margarita welcomed us with warm and thoughtful hospitality, making our stay an unforgettable experience. The house is well-equipped, comfortable, and full of charm. Although one of the rooms was a bit smaller than expected, it still had a lot of character and didn’t diminish our enjoyment in any way. We highly recommend this place for a perfect stay on the island of Kea!

I must admit that Mary’s villa is the best stay I’ve come across so far! There was a unique charm to this place…We spent just under a week there and right from the start Mary gave us a very warm welcome, which made a complete difference to our beautiful and relaxing holiday. The villa itself felt like an authentic Greek holiday house, with all the amenities provided, in order to have a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the surrounding views including the secluded beach are breathtaking and the latter is reachable on foot within 2 minutes. I highly recommend this villa to anyone willing to enjoy a serene adventure. Thank you Mary for being so accommodative and for your kindness, making our holiday worthwhile 😊 We will definitely be back!

Our stay at this beautiful home was nothing short of incredible. This home was built to live in! The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities and more. Each room boasts sweeping views of the picturesque Aegean ocean! I would highly recommend this spot! Alex was extremely helpful and the local host, Nicos was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will certainly be back!

We stayed in studio 3, which offers the most in terms of privacy, but restricted sunlight onto the balcony area during the daytime. We didn’t use the pool which is located directly outside of studio 4 and one of the smaller studios. The studio itself in terms of cleanliness we could not fault, including the mid-week linen and towel changes. The studio is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We were kindly met at the port by Evangelia, we were grateful of this as we doubt we would have located the studio ourselves due to it being located in a remote area accessed by a 15-20 minute journey down a challenging, undulating dirt track which tested both the ability of our hire car, and indeed driving skills when returning back to the studio in darkness each evening. The location of the studio is in a remote area, with other properties set in the rock face which are set just up from the beach. The beach was nice, it gets busier at the weekends when there is also a charge of 25 Euros for two sun beds, a parasol, two towels and two bottles of water, there is however space on the beach if you just want to set out your beach towels, free of charge. There are no taverna’s or supermarkets located near the studio, the closest being another 15-20 minute drive back along the dirt track, we ended up doing this journey at least twice a day, once to explore the island, and again in the evenings to enable us to visit the taverna’s. All in all, the studios are well presented, and ideally located if you want to watch the sunset and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

Notre séjour dans cette maison de rêve a été parfait! Aegli a été une hôte adorable, prévenante et très réactive. Un immense merci à elle! La maison et l’emplacement étaient encore plus beaux que sur les photos…la maison est cosy, moderne, très bien aménagée, très propre et avec une excellente literie. L’espace extérieur et la vue: le paradis sur terre :) Nous avons aussi adoré Kea, île peu connue mais très belle avec de jolis villages et des balades superbes. Des vacances parfaites !

Le logement est incroyablement confortable et bien équipé. La vue est magnifique, encore mieux que sur les photos je pense. Georges a toujours été réactif. L'arrivée est très facile, il nous a attendu sur place. Bien sûr, il faut monter quelques volées de marches, mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir une telle vue. Il y a quelques restaurants en bord de mer. Le week-end, c'est sans doute plus animé.

Nous avons sejourné 5 nuits dans cette belle et recente maison avec prestations de qualité. Elle beneficie d’un parking ombragé et d’une grande et magnifique terrasse avec splendide vue sur la baie d’Otzias et le coucher du soleil. La chambre parentale et l’annexe sont bien équipées avec decoration sobre. La maison dispose d’une cuisine bien équipée de tous les produits d’entretien dont vous pourriez avoir besoin. Le système de climatisation intégrée est agréable. La plage est à 3 mn à pied et 2 tavernes se trouvent à proximité, avec des plats delicieux. Bref, nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de style.

Zanna ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, und der Strand war nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen, es war sehr schön!
