The property, is the old stables of our estate that we rebuilt to create a comfortable living space (Guest house), while respecting the local traditional architecture. A small cozy apartment on the first floor of a Cycladic house at the top of the traditional village of Ioulida, which is accessible by car. It's ideal to host up to 3 persons for relaxing holidays. Features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a sitting room, kitchen with 1 sofa bed and a bathroom. It has a small balcony in front of the sitting room offering a lovely view to the hills at the north and the sea. It also has a terrace at the entrance of the house.

The house is located on the hill of the harbor of Kea and its access is only by stairs (approx. 60 steps). It is a traditional one, built 55sqm by stone in the early 1900s, renovated with care, so that it keeps its traditional character and the feeling of its old use. At the same time it provides all the comforts of a modern house and it is easy and relaxing to live in. The view and the quietness are the biggest advantages of it.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο σπίτι μας! Παραδοσιακή καθοικιά, πλήρως ανακαινισμένη για να προσφέρει διαμονή μέχρι 4 άτομα στην περιοχή Πλάκα στις Ποίσσες Κέας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία, στη μέση ενός λόφου, 5 μόλις λεπτά από την παραλία των Ποισσών με μεταφορικό μέσο (μισή ώρα με τα πόδια) και 15 λεπτά από την Χώρα (Ιουλίδα), πρωτεύουσα του νησιού.
