Definitely worth it for a group trip! Lots of beds and rooms, the host’s caretaker Fotis and his wife made great food for our group one night despite short notice for that request. Tennis court and rackets not wimbledon class exactly, but worked for the purpose of shooting some balls back and forth for casual fun. Hot water a bit tricky to get running, but otherwise everything worked out great. A bargain, especially for a group of ~10. The host Kostas was friendly, accommodated requests and answered promptly.

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

La casa è bellissima, così vicina al mare che sempre di stare in barca. Pulitissima e ben arredata. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, precisi e reattivi (Elina, la figlia del proprietario, è sempre stata velocissima a rispondere ai messaggi) e ci hanno aiutato con vari problemi che abbiamo avuto che non dipendevano dall’alloggio. Purtroppo a metà vacanza ha iniziato a soffiare fortissimo il Meltemi (da quel punto di vista la posizione della casa non aiuta, ma va anche detto che abbiamo avuto molta sfortuna col vento in quei giorni) e ha un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera..che peccato, ce la saremmo voluta godere di più. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

We had an amazing stay at John's place! John and his family are truly exceptional hosts—pleasant, helpful, and so welcoming. John's local recommendations were spot-on. The house is lovely—beautifully decorated with charming features and character. It is bright, spacious, tidy, and clean, with all the essentials provided to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is equally fantastic, offering convenient access to grocery shops, a pharmacy, and excellent local restaurants, all within easy reach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We highly recommend staying here and are looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you, John and family, for making our stay so comfortable and special!

A wonderful home and wonderful hosts! George and Valika picked me up from the airport and were super helpful throughout my stay. Valika showed me the Temple of Artemis and shared with me its history. The room was so cozy, I would 100% live in a little cabin like that. I loved playing the piano and relaxing after a day in the sun. The area felt very safe for a woman travelling solo. The bathroom and kitchen had everything I needed, the sea is only 10mins walk away and I discovered a great hiking trail up the mountain behind the house. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Be mindful that Chamolia has no supermarkets and only one restaurant, so make sure to bring groceries (again, George and Valika very kindly offered to drive me to the next town over if I needed anything).

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Très bon séjour dans ce très beau lieu, calme, paisible, sur la plage de Liparo, très peu fréquentée. Maison convenablement équipée, agréable à vivre, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Petit bémol : la piste un peu difficile pour y accéder (SUV conseillé). Hôte agréable et discret. Bref, un séjour mémorable, à recommander !

Πολύ καθαρός, άνετος και καλαίσθητος χώρος. Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα στον Οτζιά. Χώρος για άνετο πάρκινγκ. Επίσης τα κεντρικά σημεία του νησιού και οι προσβάσιμες παραλίες είναι πολύ κοντά γεγονός που βοηθά στην καλύτερη οργάνωση της παραμονής σας. Εξαιρετική επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες όχι μόνον πριν από την κράτηση αλλά και καθ’ όλη την παραμονή μας. Τα επτακόσια μέτρα βατού χωματόδρομου ως το κατάλυμα δεν μας προβλημάτισαν. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Such a perfect place for some peace and stillness. And some beautiful beaches a short drive away. I will never forget watching the sun come up every morning as if I was watching heaven unfold in front of me. The view is really something.

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Le logement d’Anna est un paradis ! Nous avons passé sept jours entre piscine et excursions dans les belles plages aux alentours et dans petites villes grecques typique. L’espace est parfait car chacun a sa petite maison privée, avec salle de bain. Et l’espace commun devant la piscine est juste incroyable. La cuisine est super bien équipé, idéal pour cuisiner et faire des plats à déguster sur la terrasse. Il y a plein de petits endroits cachés où pouvoir lire un livre, dessiner ou juste se reposer. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, tout est fait et penser pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Anna a toujours été Disponible, et ça a été un vrai plaisir de la rencontrer. La seule chose à savoir, et qu’il faut être un bon conducteur pour faire la montée en voiture, mais cette montée vaut le détour!

Magnifique séjour d’une semaine dans la maison. La vue, la maison, l’emplacement, la propreté et les attentions adorables de Chris … tout était vraiment génial. Merci beaucoup Christos! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Το σπίτι ειναι άνετο με 3 επίπεδα, στο πάνω έχει ένα κρεβάτι κι ένα καναπέ, στο μεσαίο ένα κρεβάτι και μια κουκέτα και στο κάτω επίπεδο άλλο ένα κρεβάτι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν εν μέσω ακραίου καύσωνα, στο κάτω και στο μεσαίο επίπεδο τα κρεβάτια ήταν δροσερά παρά τη ζέστη, στο πάνω επίπεδο η αλήθεια είναι ότι ζεσταθηκαμε αρκετά. Προς τιμήν της η Σοφία προσφέρθηκε να μας αγοράσει και δεύτερο ανεμιστήρα όταν το ζητήσαμε. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση. Το σπίτι έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα . Στο παρκινγκ υπάρχει μια γενική δυσκολία καθώς υπάρχει μόνο ένας μικρός χώρος στην είσοδο της Χώρας και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι παρκάρουν στο δρόμο. Από την είσοδο της χώρας μέχρι το σπίτι χρειάζεται περπάτημα γύρω στα 7 λεπτά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διαμονή!

Ενώ ήταν όλα υπέροχα , δεν θα συστήναμε το σημείο σε ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν τζιπ & έχουν μικρά παιδιά . Υπάρχουν 2 δρόμοι οι οποίοι είναι χωματόδρομοι . Ο ένας επικίνδυνος , στενός με ογκώδεις πέτρες ο άλλος ελαφρός πιο στρωμένος αλλα τον συστήνουμε λόγω του ότι είναι πιο φαρδύς έστω. Πάντως το σπίτι κ η θεα του ήταν υπέροχη .

Amazing view from the villa.The villa is equipped with all the amenities you could need, especially the kitchen .The outdoor area is all you need to relax and enjoy the view and the pool with friends and enough spacious for a group of 6 people. Location very close to the port(approximately 15 minutes).

Wir hatten wunderschöne Ferien in Theodoras Haus, dass fast ohne Nachbarn, sehr ruhig und leise auf einen Hügel nahe des Hafens gelegen ist. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar. Theodora gab uns Tips für Restaurants und Strände und war sehr hilfsbereit. Für einen entspannten Strandurlaub ist Kea und Theodoras Haus sehr zu empfehlen!

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

Η διαμονή μας στο σπίτι δίπλα στη θάλασσα στην Κέα ήταν πραγματικά αξέχαστη. Από τη στιγμή που περάσαμε το κατώφλι, καταλάβαμε ότι είχαμε βρει τον ιδανικό προορισμό για την οικογένειά μας. Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα ήταν απλά εκπληκτική. Κάθε πρωί, ξυπνούσαμε με τον ήχο των κυμάτων και την αίσθηση της αλμυρής αύρας που μας γεμίζει με θετική ενέργεια. Οι ηλιόλουστες μέρες τις περνούσαμε απολαμβάνοντας τη θάλασσα από τη βεράντα μας, ενώ τα βράδια αφιερώναμε στο να παρακολουθούμε το ηλιοβασίλεμα με θαυμασμό. Η κατοικία ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που είχαμε φανταστεί. Το γεγονός ότι ήταν δίπλα στη θάλασσα και είχε μια όμορφη πισίνα την έκανε ακόμα πιο ελκυστική. Τα παιδιά μας απόλαυσαν ατελείωτες ώρες παιχνιδιού στην πισίνα, ενώ η εμπειρία τους από την παραλία ήταν απλά αξεπέραστη. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί ότι το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Κάθε γωνιά αντανακλούσε την προσοχή που δίνεται στη λεπτομέρεια και την φροντίδα για την άνεση των φιλοξενουμένων.

Kiki est une hôte très attentionnée, prévenante et disponible... aux petits soins pour que les vacances se passent au mieux. Elle nous a recommandé un taxi entre l'aéroport et Lavrio, une location de zodiac et nous a même trouvé une maison pour la dernière nuit à Kéa, complétant la disponibilité de sa maison. La villa est grande, très propre et parfaitement équipée . La terrasse est particulièrement agréable avec du mobilier confortable. Une mention +++ pour la piscine qui est extraordinaire ! Merci Kiki!

This place is a gem. The house has top class amenities and the terraces/swissiming pool have incrediblde views and plenty of different furnitures to chill. There is even an extra shadow area beside the pool not shown in the pictures. The sea is litterally 50 meters away. In 30 seconds you are in pristine cristal waters with amazing rocks. Perfect for a morning wake up swim or snorkeling session. We just spent 1 week there and we barely heard any noise other than the one from the sea and the wind. Moreover, Kea is a wonderful island with his own charme not yet impactes by mass tourism! If you are looking for a place to relax and get away of stressful days, don't go elsewhere and book a stay here! You will not be disappointed!!!!

Semaine magique passée dans une villa élégante et authentique, à quelques mètres seulement de la mer et dans un environnement enchanteur. Le plus ? L’immense gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont magnifiquement accueillis et se sont montrés très disponibles tout au long du séjour, pour quelque sujet que ce soit. Médaille d’or !

Excellent séjour à Vourkari. Maison très agréable, accès à pieds au port, et à une petite plage. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse de la maison. Nikos est un hôte très réactif et très efficace. Mona nous a très bien accueillis, et est elle aussi très réactive.
