Everything from Zanna was outstanding in every way. She was attentive to all our needs and any questions were answered promptly. The only problem we had , and this is a Greek problem, was the littering of the local beach . The locals really do need to address this issue and may I suggest that the locals plus the local kids team up and make it a project.

Efthymios was the type of person you wanted to roll up and take in your suitcase. always responsive, and anticipating your next question. great suggestions . if it was within his power to do, he did it. We were 3 sets of families so the guest cottage was great to give more privacy to us all. Great space. could host wedding guests and even the dinner. there is a large space below that could accommodate 60 to 80 people for a seated dinner. amazing covered area for dining all day. plenty of poolside chairs and loungers. we were barely inside but everything worked just fine. we look forward to coming back. thank you Efthymis for all your recommendations. day trip on the rented boat to see unaccesible beaches was our favorite day.

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

Το σπίτι ειναι άνετο με 3 επίπεδα, στο πάνω έχει ένα κρεβάτι κι ένα καναπέ, στο μεσαίο ένα κρεβάτι και μια κουκέτα και στο κάτω επίπεδο άλλο ένα κρεβάτι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν εν μέσω ακραίου καύσωνα, στο κάτω και στο μεσαίο επίπεδο τα κρεβάτια ήταν δροσερά παρά τη ζέστη, στο πάνω επίπεδο η αλήθεια είναι ότι ζεσταθηκαμε αρκετά. Προς τιμήν της η Σοφία προσφέρθηκε να μας αγοράσει και δεύτερο ανεμιστήρα όταν το ζητήσαμε. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση. Το σπίτι έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα . Στο παρκινγκ υπάρχει μια γενική δυσκολία καθώς υπάρχει μόνο ένας μικρός χώρος στην είσοδο της Χώρας και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι παρκάρουν στο δρόμο. Από την είσοδο της χώρας μέχρι το σπίτι χρειάζεται περπάτημα γύρω στα 7 λεπτά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διαμονή!

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Casa fantastica, in posizione bellissima. L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità e perfettamente attrezzato per ogni attività. Alexia è stata un host attento e premuroso. La strada per arrivare alla casa è un po' difficile, ma per chi visita Kea, isola tranquilla e selvatica, le strade difficili sono una costante! ;-)

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location of the apartment was perfect — just a 2-minute walk to Monastiraki Square and within easy walking distance to all the major tourist attractions. Dreamin Athens were extremely responsive, promptly answering all our queries, even late at night. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed and offered great value for money. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Die Terrasse bietet einen einzigartigen Flair für Athen und das Appartement ist ausgesprochen hell & freundlich. Der Gastgeber äußert hilfsbereit und sehr gut erreichbar wie unglaublich reaktionsschnell. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt von 1 Monate. Gerne wieder! 😀

Wunderschöne Lage. Von der Akropolis aus 15-20 Minuten Rückweg. Dahin zu laufen würde ich aber nicht empfehlen weil es steil bergauf geht. Am besten Taxi dahin und zu fuss zurück bergab. Ausser ihr seid sportlich. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Parkhaus in der Nähe kostet 35-40€ am Tag/Übernachtung. Nichts negatives zu erwähnen! Super.

the apartment is 15 min away from Acropolis (walking) , there are grocery stores 4 min away (also walking) and places to eat 5 or 10 min away. I would say the location is nice. It is well equipped but it lacks knives. we couldn't really cook with that single table knife they had. it lacks proper utensils , just that because the kitchen appliances were nice. It was a bit dusty under the beds but the rest looked clean. it wasn't mentioned that right behind there is construction going on so it gets really noisy in the mornings, around 9 am. also... hot water..a bit of a pain. you have to get up 35 min earlier just to turn it on (I always got up at 6 am due to this) and the hot water literally lasts 7 min. we were for people . we had to turn the boiler on many times, it really, really takes away vacation time. consider this, especially in winter. I would stay here again if they fixed that or if i was traveling alone. ah and you will deal with a really responsive host thanks

The property was as described, centrally located, walkable to most areas of interest. Antonis was very friendly, extremely detailed in messages, highly responsive with great recommendations for private taxi service, eating places, etc. Enjoyed the stay. some construction going on next door, but nothing going on between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is temporary. Nice view from the roof top and lot of good places to eat within a 5 min walking radius. Highly recommend!

Nuestra estancia fue genial, la casa y sus espacios de ocio eran increíbles. María la anfitriona siempre atenta y responsable por nosotros. Éramos un grupo grande y diverso y todos hemos quedado muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia en Kea. La isla es fantástica, corre el aire con lo cual en verano es óptima sin necesidad de encender el AC. Tiene playas fantásticas y senderos para caminar para todos los gustos. A un tiro de Atenas en ferry desde el puerto de Lavrios.

We enjoyed every second of the breath-taking views and tranquillity in Villa Olivis, the perfect place to decompress. The location is immaculate as this part of the island is full of olive trees and small farms, more lush in vegetation than the port side, and only a few minutes from the pretty village of Loulida and the beautiful secluded beaches of Sykamia, Kalidonychi and Spathi . This place is perfect for anyone looking to relax with friends or family, the layout of the villa is great as all bedrooms feel private, whilst the common areas are open planned. The house itself is clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and well equipped for families and friends’ holidays, and has lots of outside space, which we loved. We really appreciated the warm and precise communication; the host is professional and very friendly at the same time!

Le logement d’Anna est un paradis ! Nous avons passé sept jours entre piscine et excursions dans les belles plages aux alentours et dans petites villes grecques typique. L’espace est parfait car chacun a sa petite maison privée, avec salle de bain. Et l’espace commun devant la piscine est juste incroyable. La cuisine est super bien équipé, idéal pour cuisiner et faire des plats à déguster sur la terrasse. Il y a plein de petits endroits cachés où pouvoir lire un livre, dessiner ou juste se reposer. Les couchers de soleil sont incroyables, tout est fait et penser pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Anna a toujours été Disponible, et ça a été un vrai plaisir de la rencontrer. La seule chose à savoir, et qu’il faut être un bon conducteur pour faire la montée en voiture, mais cette montée vaut le détour!

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous retournons sur l'île de Kea... La villa d'Anna est la meilleure et la plus belle des villas que nous avons louées sur l'île. Cette villa offre un spot incroyable et une vue sur le coucher du soleil. Un jardin fleuri très bien entretenu avec des coins très sympas pour prendre l'apéritif et surtout pour faire la sieste tous les jours à l'ombre. En terme d'équipements, tout était parfait ! nous n'avons manqué de rien. Les meubles de jardin sont de très bonne qualité qui offrent un vrai confort pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine qui est très bien entretenu. La piscine est top ! La villa est située sur les hauteurs de Kea (au dessus de Loulida) En scooter : 5 mn de Loulida, 15 mn du port, 30 mn de Koundouros etc... Anna est un "super host". Une personne très sympathique. Elle nous a accueillis au port et a eu la gentillesse de nous accompagner à la villa. Nous recommandons très fortement la villa. MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!! Merci Anna

Excellent séjour à Vourkari. Maison très agréable, accès à pieds au port, et à une petite plage. Très jolie vue depuis la terrasse de la maison. Nikos est un hôte très réactif et très efficace. Mona nous a très bien accueillis, et est elle aussi très réactive.

Magnifique villa avec piscine à débordement (salée) et vue mer , un énorme coup de cœur pour les espaces extérieurs . Joliment décorée et très bien équipée . Je recommande sans hésitation !!! Idéal pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants ou 2 adultes et 4 enfants . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .
