Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con jacuzzi en Kea-Kythnos

Un grand merci à Agathi et son papa pour leur accueil. Nous sommes venus en famille (3 générations), et cette maison a fait l’unanimité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison et sa vue à couper le souffle… c’est le lieu parfait pour déconnecter et se détendre. Agathi est très agréable et toujours disponible à n’importe quel moment pour répondre à nos questions et nous porter service. Merci pour tout Agathi ! 🙏🏻🥰🧿

The house exceeded my expectations, everything super comfortable, clean and pleasant. I recommend it.

Nathalie est une hôte charmante. Elle est venue spécialement nous accueillir dans la maison et avait proposé de venir nous chercher au port. Elle a aussi eu une delicate attention pour l’anniversaire de ma fille et nous avions quelques gourmandises. La maison est magnifique, très bien décorée avec tout le confort et une vue sur la mer époustouflante ! En prime, le coucher de soleil splendide tous les soirs !! Le wifi est capricieux a l’extérieur et a l’étage, le jacuzzi un peu froid même en plein mois d’août. Nous avons eu beaucoup de vents (meltem et emplacement de la maison oblige) pendant plus de la moitié de notre séjour ce qui peut importuner mais la maison et la vue sont si belles qu’on fait abstraction. Quasiment pas d’ombre au niveau de la piscine (juste un peu pour 1 personne) et pas de parasol à cause du vent. Une pergola d’un côté au niveau de la piscine serait appreciable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille et je recommande vivement.

We had the most perfect stay at Kostas’ place! Nestled in a quiet little village just steps away from hidden beaches, it was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the porch is simply unbelievable — we enjoyed every meal out there, and even took relaxing dips in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house was spotless — super clean and clearly well cared for — which made it even easier to settle in and feel comfortable from the first moment. It’s also fully equipped for cooking and truly made us feel at home. Traveling with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), we found the location ideal — peaceful, convenient, and just a short stroll to charming local taverns. The TV setup was fantastic too, loaded with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Kostas was an exceptional host. He helped us plan our trip, answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with basics like spices, olive oil and such ! ♥️

Отличный вариант за свою цену! Большая лужайка перед домом радует глаз и детям есть где побегать. В начале октября это был просто отличный вариант, когда бассейном уже не особо попользуешься и совсем не ветрено, в отличие от более открытых участков. С другой стороны - 10 минут пешком до пляжа, когда хорошая погодка Не очень радовал небольшой запах плесени в полуподвальном помещении, где так же стоят кровати. В целом оказалась очень приятная вилла, где мы и топили камин и пару раз жарили шашлыки

Maria was a fantastic and welcoming host with an outstanding accomodation. She answered all of our questions almost instantly regardless of time and was very flexible with anything we needed. The pool was able to be heated (helpful in March) and was pristine with a gorgeous view. The location was close enough to Athens to get there within an hour and the nearby attractions like Lake Vouglimeni and Temple of Poseidon were only 20 minutes away. There were many beaches close by too including Saronida right at the bottom of the hill. The house far exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and space. Most days my family just wanted to gather and sit outside on the back patio area. That was all the vacation we needed :) Next time we are in Greece, we know exactly where we will be staying! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement magnifiquement rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Sa situation en bord de plage et sa proximité des commodités, à seulement 40 minutes d’Athènes, en font un lieu de vacances idéal. L’espace est lumineux et confortable, parfait pour se détendre tout en profitant de la vue sur la mer. Cependant, il est important de noter quelques points. L’appartement manque de certains équipements de cuisine tels qu’un couteau de cuisine, un micro-ondes, des dessous de plats et quelques accessoires complémentaires qui auraient été appréciés pour rendre le séjour encore plus pratique. De plus, pour les familles, cet appartement peut ne pas être le plus adapté et Il n’y a pas non plus de jeux ou de livres à disposition pour les petits. Malgré ces détails, notre séjour a été très agréable et je recommande cet appartement à ceux qui recherchent un cadre de détente moderne et bien situé.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a few steps from the main street where there are plenty restaurants and cafe as well as the port. The closest beach is only less 10 minutes by walking and there is also another beach (more beautiful) around 15-20 minutes by walking. There is a nice terrace with a jacuzzi and a table. Manolis has been responsive and her mother was very kind with us. I recommend this place and Kythnos.

Great place to stay for a family, very private , kids loved the pool. Only a short car journey from some lovely beaches and local town.
