It is located in Krotiri, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Parikia, 3km from the town center (vehicle recommended) and just 500m from the magnificent and wind-sheltered beach of Martselo. It is part of the "Exochi Traditional Houses", a complex of four independent and fully equipped houses with spectacular sea views.

It is 40 square meters and it consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, a studio (kitchen, living room, dining room with double sofa-bed), a small office and separate veranda. It is just 100 meters from a sandy beach for swimming and seaside street with restaurants and the coffees.
