My home is in the city center. It is an independent little décor with all amenities and fast wi-fi, making guest accommodation comfortable and functional. Its picturesque and quiet neighborhood makes it special, although it is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, the market, the supermarkets, the restaurants and the nightlife of the city. The bus stop and the taxi rank are 2 minutes and 5 minutes to the port on foot.

Kite surf okullarına çok yakın konumda olup, merkez trafiği ve gürültüsünden etkilenmek istemeyenler için çok uygundur. Bakkal ve markete ulaşım kolaydır. Ayvalık Devlet Hastanesi'ne araçla 10-15 dakika mesafededir.
