Το σπίτι αποτελείται από μια ευρύχωρη σαλονοκουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια και ένα μπάνιο, με δύο αυλές δύο επιπέδων. Στην υπερυψωμένη αυλή ,υπάρχει μια πέργκολα με ξύλινο σκίαστρο 2plank για πυκνή σκιά και δροσερές ώρες ρέμβης στη βεράντα, με φόντο την απαράμιλλη ομορφιά της θάλασσας.

Ενιαίος χώρος με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζ, μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.
