The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. Relax with the whole family in a home featuring everything you'd expect plus a whole lot more. Our home is a private oasis, perfect to connect with your family over food, nature and swimming in the heated pool and spa. Wander down the back to visit the sheep and chickens, and collect fresh eggs. Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)
