Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a la playa en Limani Nafpliou

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’appartement est très propre et fonctionnel et la vue est magnifique. Nous avons adoré prendre nos petits déjeuners au soleil sur la terrasse. Et en plus de tout cela, l’accueil est super chaleureux.

Die Unterkunft liegt in Fußnähe von allem wichtigen: Der Aufstieg zur Palamidi, die Altstadt und der Busbahnhof sind ca. 8 Minuten entfernt, der Strand 13 Minuten und mehrere Cafés, Bäckereien und 1 Supermarkt. Auch einige Restaurants und ein großer Spielplatz liegen in 5 Minuten Umkreis. An Markttagen beginnt der Markt direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Zu fünft muss man z.T. etwas improvisieren (z.B. bei den Stühlen), aber es ist machbar. Das Schlafsofa lässt dich für die fünfte Person gut nutzen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Very neat and comfortable apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. The host was very friendly and provided detailed arrival information as well as information of the area. All the apartment amenities as described on the website.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο.Πεντακαθαρο.Ειχε ζεστό νερο όλη την ημέρα.Πανεμορφη θέα!Είχε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε!Ο κ.Δημητρης σε όποια ερώτηση απαντούσε γρήγορα.Δεν υπάρχουν δεύτερες σκέψεις.

Fantastic apartment, ideally located and close to all conveniences—parking, restaurants, attractions, and shops. The flat is very clean, lovely, and extremely well equipped. We were greeted with lots of thoughtful little touches on arrival. We had a wonderful family stay with our two children. George is very responsive and attentive. We highly recommend this place. We hope to return one day!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de quatre nuits chez Christofer, hôte très accueillante et serviable. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, propre, avec une très belle vue. Le petit village de Xiropigado était très agréable avec des restaurants et un magasin, il est accessible en transport en commun depuis Athènes. Nous reviendrons !

Our stay in Aggelos’s place was excellent! We met him and his mother and they were both so warm and kind! They even offered us fresh eggs for our baby! The place was very cute, close to the beach and really clean with all amenities a family with baby would need! Angelos is a great host and next time we’ll be in Tolo we will stay in Aggelos’ place for sure! I would definitely recommend it!! Thank you for the great hospitality!!

We had an amazing time at Antonis Place. Especially the view was stunning and his father Theodoros made sure we had everything we needed! We would definitely recomend staying at Antonis Place. If we have the possibility to come back in the future we will!

Theocharis is a wonderful host and was very communicative. The house is located 2 minutes from the beach, close to different types of restaurants, and in General Tolo is about 15-20 minutes drive from Nafplio. In addition the house is very big, and would easily fit to large families. The only thing that was a bit challenging is the mosquitoes during our stay. I would emphasize that almost every window has a mosquito net installed, which made it much better to handle this case. Highly recommended!

Μείναμε δυο μέρες στο κατάλυμμα του Βαγγέλη και της Μαρίας.Ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες.Ονειρικό και ήσυχο μέρος.Μεναμε στο σπιτάκι μπροστα από τη λιμνούλα.Ήταν πανέμορφο.Ήμασταν και τυχερές και παρόλο που η πισίνα ήταν κοινοχρηστη εμείς την απολαύσαμε τις περισσότερες ώρες σαν ιδιωτική. Για τον Βαγγέλη και την Μαρία δεν έχω λόγια για το πόσο καλοί οικοδεσπότες ήταν και για το πως ανταποκρίθηκαν σε οτι κι αν θελαμε!!!

If you want to experience the true Greek hospitality in Nafplio, this is the place to stay. I spent 5 nights at this lovely house, and I felt like this was my home in Nafplio. Upon arrival, Kosta and Eleni were waiting for me at the front. There was a home-made cake and cookies from Eleni and a bottle of wine produced by a local winery. The place was equipped with everything, and impeccably clean. What impressed me the most was that, immediately upon entering the house, I could tell that they really care about the house and the guest’s stay. They were always available if I had any questions. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the Old Town, which I always left my car in front of the house. The area is extremely safe at all hours. They both live upstairs with their family, so I felt very safe while having the entire house to myself. I will definitely stay at Kosta’s house the next time I visit Nafplion. Pictures don’t do this AirBNB justice! We loved the homely feel, lovely garden and quiet surroundings. We felt so lucky to experience staying in the old town, close to restaurants, scenic walks and with views of Palamidi Fortress from the rooftop. Watching sunset from the rooftop with a glass of wine was magical. Just note that the bathroom is very small, as would be expected with a historical property.

Om du inte har något emot att gå 1,1 km till början på gamla stan (delvis uppför) så är detta boende toppen. Det ligger i Pronia området - som skiljer sig helt från gamla stan. Lite som en by på landet. Själva boende ligger pittoreskt vid slutet av en gränd och mittemot den söta kyrkan Agios Panteon och det speciella berg kyrkan är inbyggd i. Den har Ingång från gränden och stor altan åt andra hållet som är delvis kringbyggd och delvis har fin utsikt över staden och bortöver vattnet och Bourtzi. (När vi var där var den utsikten tyvärr skymd av en plast som grannarna verkade ha spänt upp). Ett plus för solbäddar på altanen. Väldigt ren, fräsch och nyrenoverad lägenhet som är otroligt välutrustad med t ex skarpa knivar, ordentligt med toalettpapper, tvättmedel mm mm. Mycket vänliga, hjälpsamma och välkomnande värdar med massor av välkomstgåvor.

Miejsce genialne, wyposażenie domku bardzo bogate, super widok z tarasu na morze, a do plaży kilka minut spacerem. Miejsce godne polecenia :)

Cuando vuelva a Nafplio repetiré aquí. a tan solo 10 minutos en coche, tranquilo, bonito, relajado, con barbacoa, mosquiteras, cocina totalmente equipada... todo lo que necesitas!

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Die Gastgeberin begrüßte uns und zeigte uns alles. Im Zimmer selbst gab es viele Extras wie Brot, Kekse, Schokolade, Wasser, Aufstrich. Zu Fuß sind einige gute Restaurants erreichbar.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, perfect for two persons. Suitable even for longer stays. Very nice terrace and view. Perfect location just outside old town, by the city park and the local market. Most helpful and kind host ever.

Υπηροχη φιλοξενία. Πολύ καθαρός ο χώρος και πολύ εξυπηρετικός και φιλόξενος ο οικοδεσπότης. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά!

Elégedettek voltunk a szállással, 10 napot töltöttünk itt. Van egy fél privàt strand a szálláshely előtt, ami nagyon kellemes és nyugodt, már déltől vannak árnyékos részek. A közelben sok jó strand van még. A házigazda nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt. Parkoló zárt udvaron volt lehetséges ami szintén előny. Mi kisbabával voltunk, kaptunk kiságyat, etetőszéket és kádat is. A strand közelsége pedig kifejezetten megkönnyítette a dolgunkat. Az ingatlan és kertje tiszta és gondozott. Van egy hangulatos kis kertje is. Mi szívesen jönnénk máskor is és ajánljuk másoknak is.:)

Η διαμονή μας ήταν στο σύνολο αρκετά καλή και το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως μας το περιέγραψαν. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και ειδικά το μπάνιο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη με σκεύη και με πρώτες ύλες για μαγείρεμα όπως λάδι, αλλά πιπέρι κτλ. Ωστόσο ο χώρος δεν έχει καθόλου καλή μόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ δεδομένου πως ο γείτονας έμενε έως τις 02:00 το πρωί στη βεράντα του και ακουγόταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο οι ομιλίες. Επίσης η πόρτα έχει ένα παράθυρο το οποίο δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως στο δωμάτιο και να είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να μπορεί κάποιος να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ. Ο καναπές δεν είναι καθόλου βολικός για ύπνο καθώς νιώθεις τα σίδερα από κάτω. Οι γείτονες κάπνιζαν από το πρωί στο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο καθώς έμπαινε ο καπνός μέσα. Επίσης το internet έχει σοβαρό θέμα καθώς οι ταχύτητες είναι από ελάχιστες έως ανύπαρκτες.

Georgia was very responsive and explained in detail how to self check in and check out. The apartment is a spacious corner unit, clean and well appointed. All the small kitchen appliances were there and some more. The location is 5 min walk to the pedestrian city center with boutiques and restaurants. We loved it.

Wow. We've stayed in some interesting and funky places over the years, however, the Art Basement has to be one of the funkiest! The atmosphere was fun, anything and everything one might need or want is right there. Lots to see and explore right there in the Basement! Plus, the kitchen was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, the water was hot, the place is clean... And the funk factor is a 10. (Loved the radios and typewriter!) As for the location, we could walk to restaurants or shopping. With a car, it was super easy to get around Nafplion and relatively short drives out to Epidaurius and Mycenae. It's under two hours to get back to Athens. Yes! We would recommend this location to anybody who's exploring the Pelopenese Peninsula. Stay in Nafplion and book the Art Basement. You'll love it! Opa!
