Renta de villas vacacionales en Livadia

This was one of our favorite Airbnb’s from our month-long trip in Greece. We loved thetown, Desfina, which has a beautiful mountain ambience and is very convenient to Delphi, without being touristy. The house is truly incredible, with many historic artifacts providing artistic decoration. We loved the large dining table and the beds were comfortable. We also loved the view of the courtyard. Highly recommended.

Moderní, vzdušný a čistý dům, kuchyň vybavená na menší vaření, velmi pohodlné matrace, příjemné terasy s výhledem na moře a travnatá zahrádka s lehátky. Okolí je klidné, malá, ale zcela soukromá kamínková pláž je přes ulicí s malým provozem, moře azurové, teplé a čisté. Po našem příjezdu bylo v lednici připraveno příjemné občerstvení, Maria byla vždy nápomocná. Děkujeme, rádi se vrátíme.

Dieser Urlaub war ein Stück Paradies auf Erden. Teti und ihre Familie haben uns warmherzig aufgenommen und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war rundum perfekt: der Strand war einige Meter entfernt und die Stadt ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Mithilfe der Tipps von Teti hatten wir einen wundervollen Urlaub und konnten in das griechische Leben eintauchen. Das ist definitiv nicht unser letztes Mal gewesen und es war dank Teti einer der schönsten Aufenthalte die ich bisher erleben durfte. Ich bin absolut glücklich und kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen!

Wir haben spontan gebucht , weil wir eigentlich im Unwettergebiet um Volos waren. Das Haus ist sehr schön und großzügig, wunderbare Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das naheliegende Galaxidi ist wirklich eine besondere Perle…Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und lädt zum täglichen Schwimmen ein … Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen Die Kommunikation mit Irini war unkompliziert und freundlich

Μείναμε σε αυτό το υπέροχο σπίτι τον Αύγουστο 15-18.Ειμασταν δύο οικογένειες 8 άτομα στο σύνολο. Το σπίτι είχε υπέροχη θέα,καλή τοποθεσία,άνετους χώρους και ωραία δροσιά το βραδάκι. Η κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με τα πάντα ότι ήθελες.Μεγαλο ψυγείο (βασικό για τόσα άτομα). Ο κ.Ηλιας εξυπηρετικος από την πρώτη στιγμή μέχρι και που φύγαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ελπίζουμε να ξανά επισκεφθούμε το χώρο σας.

περάσαμε όμορφα σε ένα πάρα πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, που φιλοξένησε άνετα όλη την οικογένεια μου.

Nikos was so kind and patient with our delayed arrival. The house was just as he described and he made good local recommendations for food and coffee. It’s a great location with a beautiful view and not far from a lively and fun center.

Dejligt afsides beliggende hus med flot og velfungerende pool. Fine terrasser med dejlig udsigt over bugten. Området var stort set uden udenlandske turister da vi var der. Vi lavede stort indkøb på vejen fra lufthavnen (i Theben), hvilket var godt, da der kun er få indkøbsmuligheder i Aliki. (Der er masser af køleskabsplads). Giorgos var en god vært. Giorgos havde blandt andet sørget for kolde drikkevarer ved ankomst. Han kom helt fra Athen for at hjælpe da vandforsyningen gik.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος για διαμονή στο βουνό! Με τον κύριο Βαγγέλη είχαμε τέλεια επικοινωνία και ήταν εκεί για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε! Το καλύτερο σπίτι για διαμονή μεγάλης παρέας στην περιοχή!

Φτάσαμε στο γραφικό χωριό της Βάργιανής με ανάμικτα συναισθήματα για το τι μας περίμενε και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν πολλάκις καλύτερο απ' όσο μπορούν να περιγράψουν οι λέξεις και το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι οι φωτογραφίες υστερούν της πραγματικότητας! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη οι λιχουδιές που μας είχε αφήσει η κ. Τίνα στη διάθεσή μας (σπιτικά γλυκά κουταλιού, σπιτικά λικέρ και άλλα πολλά). Ήμασταν 2 οικογένειες με 2 παιδιά η κάθε μία, συνολικά 8 άτομα και ήμασταν όσο άνετα θα ήμασταν σπίτι μας! Οι 4 διανυκτερεύσεις αποδείχτηκαν λίγες για να χορτάσουμε τις όμορφες στιγμές στους απίστευτα αναπαυτικούς καναπέδες γύρω από το όμορφο τζάκι, είτε απλά συζητώντας, είτε χαζεύοντας τηλεόραση, σε ένα πολύ ζεστό σπίτι, παρά την ιδιαιτέρως χαμηλή θερμοκρασία απ' έξω! Ήδη σχεδιάζουμε την επόμενή μας επίσκεψη σε ένα χρόνο περίπου, για περισσότερες διανυκτερεύσεις αυτήν τη φορά! Συγχαρητήρια κυρία Τίνα και για άλλη μια φορά τις ευχαριστίες μας στον κ. Θανάση και την κ. Ειρήνη για την θερμή υποδοχή που μας επιφύλαξαν και την αυθεντική φιλοξενία που μας πρόσφεραν!!!

We came to Theologos to grasp some fresh air and find some tranquility, far from the busy touristic site Greece has to offer. We got it right! Theologos: Beautiful piece of land, mainly meant for Greek tourism. Hilly, secluded, very private. The beaches are fun - not sandy but rather wild and exotic! Theologos has a great "town center" with a supermarket, bakery, plenty of resultants and a common beach area with shallow waters, perfectly suitable for kids! The house: Is located in a beautiful part of Theologos, on the mountain, with beautiful views from both balconies of this huge, 3 story house. There is enough room for everyone! Kitchen has a lot of pots and pans, dishes and cups. It really is like being a guest in a house where people recently lived in. Many items (careful not to break..) makes the place very special and unique! All rooms have A/C (not centralized but good enough to cool), the main living room has an A/C which is a little week, but a fan complements the work. The view is spectacular the air is crisp and soothing. During our stay the owners stayed in a unit downstairs and were available to answer any of our questions. Great place if you need some space and distance from mainstream tourism!

Lovely holiday home with beautiful views of Evia and the gulf from the infinity pool. Very peaceful location in what feels like true and authentic Greece. We only encountered other Greeks on holiday - appealing! Spacious, well furnished and well equipped, clean villa with plenty of outside shaded areas. Georgios is a responsive, proactive and generous host, providing a large welcome pack of drinks and variety of snacks as well as giving great local recommendations for excellent tavernas, good beaches and excursions, and checking we had everything we needed. Easy drive from Athens. Mr Nikos was there to meet us for check in/check out, and available if needed for anything during our stay. St John's beach is only a 5 minute drive away. Theologos for a small supermarket/bakeries 7-8 mins drive or Malesina for a larger supermarket with great selection of fish about 15 mins drive. Our family all enjoyed the holiday and would be happy to stay again.

Το σπιτι ειναι πανεμορφο και εξοπλισμενο με οτι μπορει να χρειαστειτε (οι φοτο το αδικουν!). Ειναι κοντα στην πλατεια του χωριου και εχει ενα μπαλκονι με υπεροχη θεα. Η Τινα ηταν παντα διαθεσημη και απαντουσε σχεδον αμεσως σε οτιδηποτε τη χρειαζομασταν, ενω οι ανθρωποι απο την ταβερνα που προσεχουν το σπιτι ηταν ευγενικοι και παντα προθυμοι να βοηθησουν. Η Βαργιανη ειναι ενα ηρεμο, παραδοσιακο, μικρο χωριο με εξαιρετικο φαγητο απο τις 2 ταβερνες. Το μερος ειναι καταπληκτικο, πολυ κοντα στο δασος απο οπου μπορειτε να ξεκινησετε πεζοποριες και εξορμησεις με 4x4.

one of the best holiday places we have ever been as a family. The villa is great and comfortable. The location is the best I have dealt with, 5 mins drive to Galaxidi, if you are a brave walker you can make it on foot easily, beautiful swimming pools and private beach

It's a great place to stay, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property is even nicer than the photos: the pool is clean and perfect for cooling off after a day's activities. The patio and BBQ area were lovely and perfect for having your breakfast and dinner al fresco. it's very peaceful and the view is stunning. The rooms were very comfortable and had everything you need. The host Irini was very helpful, accommodating, and very prompt with communication. we'd love to come back!

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus umgeben von einem bezaubernden Garten, toller Pool mit vielen Verweilmöglichkeiten. Terrasse im Schatten und mit Meerblick als Wahlmöglichkeit runden das Außenangebot ab. Haus ist sauber, fliegengitter überall, Betten neu und sehr bequem, griechisch eingerichtet, lediglich die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber dies ist natürlich auch immer persönliches empfinden. Rundum, sehr zu empfehlen wer Pool mit Ruhe und Meerzugang in einem sucht!

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοί και κατατοπιστικοί! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Φανταστικο σπιτι με υπεροχη αυλη και ανετους χωρους. Ειμασταν 8 ατομα, και το απολαυσαμε φουλ. Η πισινα και το bbq ηταν τα εξαιρετικα, το σπιτι πεντακαθαρο και εξοπλισμενο με ολα τα βασικα εργαλεια/υλικα/αντικείμενα (πχ σαμπουαν, λαδι, κουζινικα, πετσετες). Η τοποθεσια ειναι 200 μετρα απο θαλασσα, σε ενα ησυχο χωριο με 3-4 γειτονικα σπιτια. Οικοδεσποτης και η κα Αθηνα πολυ εξυπηρετικοι και φιλικοι. Το σπιτι ειναι ακριβως οπως στις φωτο . Θα ξαναερθουμε σιγουρα.
