Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alexandros war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Terrasse und in der Nebensaison ist es hier herrlich ruhig. Gerne wieder!

Όλα εξαιρετικά. Ευρύχωρο,πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα σε κεντρικό σημείο στη Χαλκίδα, πολύ κοντά σε παραλία, όλα προσβάσιμα με λίγα λεπτά περπάτημα. Η επικοινωνία ακριβης και αποτελεσματική. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για ένα ή δύο άτομα για επίσκεψη στην όμορφη Χαλκιδα.

Mi sono trovato benissimo. Manca solo la moka per il caffé, e un'indicqzione per l'attivazione dell'acqua calda (si trova nel quadro elettrico, inutile cercare boiler o caldaia a gas da attivare). Al centro si arriva anche a piedi, saranno 1200 mt, e sotto casa trovate tutto. Agevole il parcheggio.

Appartamento a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Pulito e comodo per due persone, Martha è sempre stata disponibile alle ns. richieste.

Εξαιρετική φιλοξενία! Το σπίτι ήταν προσβάσιμο και μέσα στο κέντρο του χωριού.Είχε μέσα παροχές τις οποίες δεν βρίσκεις σε αλλά σπίτια,όπως για παράδειγμα μια λακ για τα μαλλιά,σερβιέτες,πιστολάκι-ακόμη και άλλο εξάρτημα στο πιστολάκι για σγουρά μαλλιά. Το μπαλκονακι εξαιρετικό,καθαρό και ήσυχο.Με πολύ ωραίο φωτισμό το βράδυ. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος με γεμάτη ντουλαπα όπως έξτρα σεντόνια,μαξιλάρια,πάπλωμα,πετσέτες και μια κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με είδη μαγειρικης και μια μεγάλη γκάμα από σκεύη για μαγείρεμα. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και το έχω ήδη προτείνει και σε αλλά άτομα!

Nice and very central place in lovely Skiathos. A super base for restaurants, shopping, beaches, and close to the harbour. Because of its central location you will hear people and scooters in the evening, but we slept well 😊.

Очень приветливая, внимательная и предупредительная хозяйка Domniki. Кроме тёплого приёма в знак приветствиея она оставила в холодильнике охляждённые напитки и сладости. Очень трогательная забота! Апартаменты в идеальной чистоте и порядке, вместительные, светлые. Все аппараты в рабочем состоянии (кондиционер, плита, холодильник и др.), санузел, душ вместительные и имеют все необходимые принадлежности. Бельё свежее и чистое. Кухня просторная, светлая, с новой посудой, с хорошими электроприборами. На балконе свободно помещаются три-четыре человека. Паркинг мы всегда находили легко, прямо под домом. До центра города можно добраться пешком за 5 минут. Впечатления от нашего пребывания в гостях у Domniki самые наилучшие. Если доведётся вновь посетить Эдипсо, постараемся остановиться именно здесь. The price can’t be beat for 3 weeks ! Even though I never met host in person he always responded back quickly via the chat . I wish I had met him . He is a seaman at was at sea when I was there. His mother Eleni , who lived next door was extremely helpful and friendly . I have trouble with stairs and Eleni helped me of so many times with groceries . Location was just a little walk to the downtown of Psachna . Several restaurants, shops there . My unit had a beautiful view of the surrounding area from my third floor balcony . Even though I had issues with the stairs and when I arrived to my unit the view from the balcony made it so rewarding. Thanks so much to you and your mother Eleni ! Till next time ! Paul Leon

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Auf Fragen wurde umgehend und kompetent reagiert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön für den bereitstehenden Begrüßungswein und für die selbst eingelegten Oliven.

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. big and cozy apartment beautiful and charming village

I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l’environnement, du calme de l’endroit. Les plages sont super pour en profiter et pour observer les poissons. Très très calme et plages presque pour nous seuls à cette saison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour à Elinika et recommandons cet endroit pour passer des vacances au calme dans une île vraiment préservée qui a beaucoup de charme et de potentiel.

Die Gastgeberin hat auf Anfragen schnell reagiert und uns vor Ort begrüsst. Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in einem ruhigen Viertel von Chalkida. Alles sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Innenstadt mit Fussgängerzone, Läden, Supermarkt und Tavernen in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Uns hat auch der nahe liegende Strand sehr gut gefallen. Alle Fenster haben Mückenschutznetze, was wir sehr begrüsst haben. Leider ist es im Zimmer mit Einzelbett nicht möglich, das Fenster ganz zu verdunkeln (nur ein Vorhang). Durch die Ostseite wurde es da etwas früh hell. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Chalkida und in diese Wohnung.

Πολύ όμορφη περιοχή με ησυχία, σίγουρο πάρκινγκ, καθαρή θάλασσα και μια πολύ ωραία ταβέρνα ακριβώς απέναντι από το σπίτι.

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι,καθαρό και ακριβώς όπως οι φωτογραφίες..Το κέντρο είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια,η Αθήνα είναι πολύ εξυπηρετική και άψογη οικοδέσποινα!!
