Schöner und familiäre Aufenthalt im Haus von Giannis. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es auf den Bildern abgebildet ist. Man hat die Möglichkeit, auf der Wiese vor Meer zu relaxen und direkt ins Meer zu springen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig.

We had a great stay at Frank's house. The région of Pelion is beautiful, people were all very friendly to us and Frank's house was all we could hope for. Very close to the village and the sea (one can go on foot) but still felt very quiet, remote and peaceful. The incredible views from the terrace and delicious fruit from the garden made our stay even better!

Constantinos was very responsive and easy to communicate with. His home was so lovely and tastefully decorated. The photos don’t show how nice it is! The was no air con and the ceiling fans were not enough for us with the hot evenings, so he kindly sorted out floor fans on our request. The views were so beautiful from wherever you were around the house and patio. We got up early to watch the sunrise. There are plenty of beaches nearby but as a car is necessary (due to the steep hill to the house) you can easily access any of the beaches along the south side. Achladies the nearest beach was lovely and peaceful with a nice restaurant bar. We really felt very happy with everything. Thankyou

We had a fabulous time here. The house is really well equipped and clean, with two very nice terraces outside. The location is hard to beat. While the house lies secluded, within a large private garden, it is only three minutes walk to one of the nicest beaches in the area, where you will find a few small beach bars and an excellent taverna (the beach gets busier at the weekends, but never felt crowded). The small, pretty town centre is another 5-10 minutes’ walk along the sea, and you’ll find plenty more tavernas and two mini-markets on the way. So if you don’t feel like driving to some of the other lovely beaches and villages nearby, you could you stay put and relax. Oh, and communication with Eva was excellent throughout. So, a great stay all round.

The hosts were perfect and made sure to make our stay very comfortable. They have always followed up promptly on any request we made and put a remedy to any inconvenience we reported. Ioannis and his team were very friendly at all times. The location is superb, though rather difficult to reach as the road is very narrow and hairpins need much attention. The house, including the beautiful swimming pool, is cleaned every day with a change of towels daily. Highly recommendable as a holiday location, even with kids as there are no areas of risk (mind the swimming pool, of course with small children).

Μια απο τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες φιλοξενίας που είχαμε ποτέ! Η τοποθεσία ιδιαίτερα προνομιακή, το σπιτι κυριολεκτικά μέσα στην θάλασσα! Το απόλυτο ησυχαστήριο ακόμα και την εβδομάδα του 15Αυγουστου!! Η Αγία Κυριακή, το Τρικερι και το Νησί (παλαιό Τρικερι) μοναδικά μέρη που μπορείς σε 5-10 λεπτά απο το κατάλυμα να επισκεφτείς!! Η φιλοξενία παροιμιώδη! Η κυρια Μαρία, υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα, μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε σαν στο σπιτι μας! Η ταβέρνα του Μανωλα, στην Αγία Κυριακή (10’ με τα πόδια απο ένα πανέμορφο μονοπάτι ή 5’ με αυτοκίνητο) ήταν μια αποκάλυψη (φρέσκο ψάρι, αστακομακαρονάδες, ψαρόσουπα με τιμές απίστευτες!). Το κατάλυμα, σαν στο σπιτι μας, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και εντυπωσιακά καλαίσθητο! Λόγω τοποθεσίας μονίμως δροσερό ακόμα και τις πιο ζεστές ημέρες (δεν χρειάστηκε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε το air condition ούτε μια ημέρα). Μια εμπειρία που προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα ιδιαίτερα αν αναζητάτε ένα «ησυχαστήριο» για ξέγνοιαστες και χαλαρές διακοπές κυριολεκτικά μέσα στην θαλασσα!

Awesome villa! The home was magnificent and exactly as pictured. The added personal touches throughout the villa truly made for a delightful experience. In addition, Konstantinos arranged for a smooth transition to the villa from the parking area and also included a book filled with helpful tips about the home and Makrinitsa in general. Guests should understand that the path to the villa may be cumbersome for very small children or people with mobility issues. (We traveled with 2 small children ages 2 and 6 with no problems.) Konstantinos was quickly responsive to all communications, and available for any questions we had concerning travel arrangements. Overall the experience was amazing and I recommend staying here during your visit to Greece!

We booked this house for some of our guests who came to Amaliapoli for a family event. It was a great stay, perfectly located next to all restaurants and bars. The house stays cool even during hot days but could use a few air conditioners. We did not get the chance to meet Vaggelis, but the communication was good. Thank you again for the hospitality!

What a perfect place ! Several Tavernas close by, the Xanthi pool bar behind the Villa has delicious food, and the family were lovely. Infinity Blue, right next door was amazing ! Lynette met us at our Villa, showed us round, and answered any query/problem immediately. I can’t wait to stay here again…. A perfect holiday stay ☺️

The house is simply spectacular! Situated nicely few minutes away from Portaria, it took us less than 20’ to get to the ski center; the views of Pagasitikos bay are simply amazing. The interior is beatifully decorated, it is evident this was done with care, good taste & attention to every detail. The rooms are spacious, comfortable & clean, with the house offering all necessary amenities to secure a pleasant stay. Communication with Johny and his sister Elli has been flawless, while the check-in/out with their housekeeper Krasi seamless. All in all, I would recommend Johny’s house in a heartbeat!

The house is large and has a lovely spriritual feel since it is used sometimes as a yoga retreat and has some Asian decorative items. The views are spectacular and the town of Asmini is sweet and has a few cafes and restaurants. Konstantinos put me in touch with a boat captain and a kitesurfing instructor which worked out very well. Overall, we had a great time and would happily return again.

The property faces west. The seating area is cool and breezy during the morning and you get to enjoy the sunsets. Six guests can sleep comfortably. We cooked a few times and found everything needed. The outdoor grill was very helpful. The property has great modern design and amenities and is kept very clean. Julia provided a sleeping “pack-and- play” for our 1-year- old boy. We are considero got return to Skiathos next year and stay here again.

22-29.07.24 we spent a nice vacation here with two other families(10 people). The hostel actually resembles a noble mansion of the past, exactly as it looks in the photos. It is located in a very spacious area, one could say that it is in the middle of the olive grove. The sea view from the yard, terrace, and rooms is most fantastic, it is worth getting up early and watching the sunrise. It would have been the icing on the cake if the beach had been directly accessible from the yard. Due to the height of the coast, this is not feasible. There are beautiful beaches nearby with a 5-10 minute drive. You can find everything you need in the nearest store (Katigiorgis, 6 km away). There are also 3 restaurants next to the shop. The house is clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary equipment. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was at our disposal at any time. I warmly recommend this place to those who like wild beaches!

Would give a 10 star review if I could! The pictures do not do this place justice - you really get the wow factor when you walk in. My family and I had a very special holiday and this is certainly in part due to how friendly, helpful & considerate our hosts were! We absolutely loved our stay - the villa has everything you need, is in a very peaceful and scenic location and the set up of the villa can take you from day to night. You will not regret booking!

I can’t recommend this enough! This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It’s just like the pictures, spotless and very well located. I came here with a group of girls for my bachelorette and the two-apartment setup was great. We spent most of our time enjoying the private pool and forest views. There was a variety of beaches, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and the bus stop was just down the hill. Our host was available at all times with very helpful recommendations. She met us in person at the airport and brought fresh towels halfway through our stay. Only consideration for other groups would be the neighbors concern around quiet hours. We were approached by them a few times early in our stay as they were very eager to enforce quiet hours from 11pm to dawn. We didn’t have any issues sticking to this, but might be something to note if you are looking for a hen do/stag location.

It was a very nice week. We are coming back very happy. The hostess is a wonderful person. Helpful and friendly. The area is very interesting which will make us come back for sure. The description does not do justice to the charm of the place. it is a wonderful and authentic area.

Excellent location in Kissos. There are cafeterias, restaurants and mini markets for groceries. The nature around the house is amazing and the house itself is cozy, spacious and better than the photos. Nikos was more than friendly and accommodating. I would surely visit again and definitely recommend to everybody

One of our best airBNB experiences so far (and we’ve had quite a few great ones!). It was so good, almost tempted to keep it all to our selves :) The place itself is nothing less than astonishing. A vila with your own private top-notch pool in a beautiful garden taken from a movie seen, accompanied with the perfect mountain and sea scenery. But this is only the beginning. The hosts, oh the hosts….. Kostas and his lovely wife took us (me, my wife and our two children) in as if we were family, catering to our every need, surrounding us with care and lots of treats and giving us that warm fuzzy feeling. This was a perfect family vacation (great for couples as well), and we can’t wait to come back!

Despina was a fabulous host she gave us so much information regarding the island and where to go she helped us with restaurants, with the boat hire and she was there for our every need and nothing was too much trouble!! She text my husband most days to check we were happy and everything was ok! Which of course it was as the Villa was beautiful and peaceful. We loved the private beach which you could access from the garden down some steps which took about five minutes or so. We would definitely stay here again and we also loved Skiathos! Errika is a warm and very helpful host. Everything we could ask for. The villa is absolutely fantastic. It is even better in real life, the view is breathtaking. You’ll need a car, it’s very steep on some parts of the road. Everything on the island is within a short trip with the car. Both Errika and Villa Erifili gets our strong recommendation.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa von Jacky und David war einfach traumhaft! Die beiden sind die perfekten Gastgeber und haben unseren Urlaub unglaublich komfortabel gemacht. David hat uns sogar persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingefahren – ein toller Service, der uns das Schleppen des Gepäcks im Bus erspart hat. Zudem standen uns Jacky und David jederzeit mit großartigen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Seite und waren stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum! Sie ist fantastisch ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht und nicht im Koffer mitbringen kann. Von Grundlebensmitteln wie Gewürzen, Essig, hervorragendem Olivenöl und Kaffee bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen für den Strand, Sand- und Wasserspielzeug für die Kleinen und Großen und, und, und. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: Nur eine Minute zu Fuß von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt und zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay at Laura's villa. It provided us with the perfect place to relax and explore this beautiful island. A tranquil setting with amazing views out over the town and sea beyond, with spectacular sunrises. We hadn't appreciated just how easy it was to walk from there into the old town, with its plentiful supply of excellent restaurants and shops. We hired a car to visit some of the gorgeous beaches, all within easy distance and an absolute delight to come back to Laura's Villa. No hesitation in recommending it.

We loved this villa, it had lots of space and, even though there were several of us staying there, it felt private and relaxing. We particularly liked the olive garden with its wonderful set up, we enjoyed a lunch and a nice evening there, it felt so much like a home away from home. Kyriakos and Vasso were wonderful, always responsive and caring, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and their recommendations were excellent. Highly recommended for those seeking a bit of luxury and relaxation.

I highly recommend Filippos' house, the property is very new and well equipped. Clean house and ready to accommodate any kind of guest. The 180 degree view of the islands is something magical, like swimming in front of the sunset. Filippos is very helpful and friendly, he picked us up at the port and gave us lots of useful tips. Perfect host and magnificent house. Only one suggestion, better to have a car to stay in this beautiful place!
