Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. The house is in front of the sea which refers an amazing view. It is new builded with modern design and located in a quiet area. On the first floor it contains a big living room, full equipped kichen with dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. On the second floor it has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Also on the second floor you can enjoy the amazing view from the balcony where you can feel the island's aura. In front of the house there is a big yard with an extent which ends up to the sea.

Sueno sunset villa for 2 is located in a nice area which combines beautiful sea-views,it is part of a complex consisting of 5 other apartments,It is 2,3 kilometers from the port of Parikia .The old town, the shops and the night life are 1200 meters away. It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.

"Chocolate wave" is a brand new,fully equiped apartment,on the ground floor of "sweet waves" apartment block. It is a 10 min walking distance to Alyki center,located just behind the bakery of Alyki, and next to a super market.
