Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around. The house is perfect for 2 people.

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Ένα σπίτι πέτρινο κατασκευης 1960, με στοιχεία απ'την Ικαρία του χθες σε συνδιασμό με αυτήν του σήμερα! Με μια μεγάλη παλιά ικαριωτικη εσωτερικη αυλή η οποία μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως τραπεζαρία οπως ακόμη και ως κουζίνα ή καθιστικό. Ανατολικά και βόρεια της αυλής μπορείτε να πιείτε τον καφέ σας απολαμβάνοντας την θέα του Αιγαίου και το άκουσμα του ποταμού που θα σας γαληνευσει. Στην αυλή μπορείτε να φιλοξενήσετε το κατοικίδιο ζωάκι σας.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
