The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

Westcott Barton is situated in its own secluded valley 10 minutes from Barnstaple and the nearby beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough. With beautifull gardens and its own stunning woodland walk and stream. The main farmhouse building is a Grade II listed Devon longhouse with 6 bedrooms. Some of the barns have been redeveloped to offer ancillary accommodation for up to 26 people. Once outside the garden gate the valley follows the stream through ponds, ancient tracks and hilly pastures.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

Located 15 mins from Croyde, Woolacombe & Saunton Sands, set in the North Devon countryside, is The Studio at TreeHaven Cottage. Located in tranquil woodland surrounded valley 10 mins from the village of Braunton. The Studio is a self contained apartment consisting a large room with fixed double bed, two single chair beds and a Sofa that makes a small double, a shower room with wc and access to 1 acre of gardens. The property has a shared driveway for two guest vehicles and welcomes Dogs.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.
