Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
