It's a cozy vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The house has a panoramic view over the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Our home is ideally located if you are seeking to relax and discover the island of Andros. It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Μαιζονέτα στο κεντρικότερο σημείο του παραδοσιακού οικισμού Μπατσίου. Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 4 έως 5 άτομα. Διαθέτει 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με υπέρδιπλο κρεββάτι (1,60μ*2,00μ), σοφίτα με ημίδιπλο στρώμα (1,30μ*1,95μ) στο οποίο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί ένας ενήλικας ή δυο παιδιά 10-15 ετών, 1 σκαμπό-κρεβάτι μονό (0,80μ*2,00μ), 1 μπάνιο, κουζίνα, καθιστικό, μεγάλη βεράντα με πέργκολα, έπιπλα κήπου και εξαιρετική θέα. Oktana Traditional House is a charming urban home located in Andros Town, the capital of Andros Island. For centuries, this area has been home to shipowners and seafaring families, reflecting the island's rich maritime history. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

Ευρύχωρο σπίτι 97τμ φιλοξενίας 6 ατόμων στο κέντρο της πόλης με θέα την παραλία της Χώρας καθώς και τα καταπράσινα χωριά. Περιλαμβάνει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας τραπεζαρίας με καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για αξέχαστες διακοπές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας ενώ βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Χώρας μόλις λίγα λεπτά από τις δύο παραλίες καθώς και από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της Άνδρου.

Πέτρινη σουίτα 10 μόλις μέτρα από την παραλία . Πολύ μεγάλα παράθυρα για να απολαμβάνετε την θέα Θάλασσα , εξωτερική πέργκολα με καθιστικό και τραπέζι . Πλήρη επιπλωμένη κουζίνα και άνετο μπάνιo/ντουζιέρα. Καθώς ανεβαίνετε τα ξύλινα σκαλοπάτια φτάνετε στο υπνοδωμάτιο όπου από το οποίο μπορείτε να απολαύσετε καλύτερα τη θέα της θάλασσας. Η έντονη παρουσία του ξύλου σε συνδυασμό με το χτιστό κρεβάτι και τον καναπέ σε παραπέμπει στα αρχοντικά σπίτια των Κυκλάδων.

Summer Guesthouse

Summer Guesthouse is part of a private farm resort featuring two houses available for guest accommodation, plus my own residence. Located 2.5km from the port of Gavrio, it is an ideal place to relax, come close to nature and enjoy the sun, the sea and our heartwarming hospitality. The swimming pool is located on the upper level, in front of my residence, and it is shared among the three houses of the complex. You are welcome to enjoy the pool and the sunbeds.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
