DownTownVilla is situated in the heart of old town Naxos, 10-min walk from the ferry and 5 min from Aghios Georgios beach. Surrounded by convenient stores, it offers easy access to essentials. Spanning three floors and totaling 140 sq m, the villa features outdoor terraces on two levels with beautiful sea views. A secure parking area is also available. You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is FLISVOS café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

It provides air conditioning, kitchenette to cook easy and fast, coffee maker, toaster, smart TV, Netflix and wifi internet. On the spacious terrace is the best place to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine.
