Pinehurst of Cooks Hill was perfect for our needs. It was found very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with all the essentials including excellent cooking utensils (not that we did much cooking!). We had everything we required for a wonderful holiday. Communication with Sean was very easy with prompt responses. The location was also perfect, we could walk nearly everywhere, and it was in close proximity to the Tourist Information Centre, Museum and waterfront. There were nice parks nearby and the Restaurants we very close. Thank you Sean for sharing your place with my family.

The property had everything we needed. It was perfectly presented and was in a convenient location.

I stayed at Le Sands for approximately 6 weeks whilst I looked for a place to live in the area. Le Sands is a beautifully appointed, cosy place to stay. Everything was clean and tidy, the instructions were thorough and the place is very dog friendly. The location is incredible with the beach and river very close by. Mon was incredibly accommodating, particularly in regards to my dog. She was responsive to all messages and she made me feel so very welcome upon arrival. She even put together a lovely little Welcome Pack for me and my dog. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Stockton.

The backyard is amazing, with the pool being the main attraction. The large kitchen with everything you need leads to a nice covered balcony—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The beds were super comfy, and the location is excellent, with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Tanya was a wonderful host, very communicative and a lovely person to talk to. Teighan's place was very cute, comfortable and really well located. Walking distance to cafes, the high street and a short drive to the beach. Teighan was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend her as a host.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was just what we needed and centrally located to everything. The check in process was super easy with nice and clear instructions. The house was lovely and clean and very homely. Carly and Katie were very responsive. We would definitely stay again. Thank you ☺️
