Please note this very very tiny studio apartment is completely self reliant. A renovated very small (hole in the wall) studio with ensuite less than 10sqm in total. Situated at the bottom of a terrace house, overlooking one of the best surf breaks in Newcastle. The break is only 3 minutes from the studio. All linen and essentials are provided.
