Well located to town and right next door to a great breakfast/lunch spot! Plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out in. Very clean and finely appointed with a New England coastal feel. TV was easy to use and basics were provided (sugar and creamers). Instructions were clear and response time excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends/family. Thanks so much!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. I have stayed at several beach house rentals both private and Air B&B. This was by far the best kept house I have ever stayed in. Inside there are a few very minor signs of use but it was like staying in a friends home. The linens and towels were even in great shape not the kind of wear you usually see in rental homes. Chris was great and explained everything at check in and even let us know if we needed anything to reach out as he was only 10 min away. The lay out was great, the kitchen beautiful and the location awesome. You can tell they take pride in this home. Given the opportunity I would for sure stay here again. The pictures on the listing don't even do this home justice.

Julie was fantastic and always responded in minutes to any questions we had. I love their home manual which is so easy to navigate and has answers for everything. The home is super cozy and the large gas fireplace downstairs was a treat on cooler April mornings. The weather wasn't on our side for 1/2 of short stay, but we had a family olympics inside, using their ping pong table, foosball and connect 4 game. We did get out on kayaks one day - lovely lake, larger than you think! tons of hiking nearby too.

Our stay was fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed the house and amenities. Chris is a great host - very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 100% would stay here again and hope to do so this summer!

We rented John’s place the end of March for a basketball tournament and it was perfect!! It’s a quick walk to the beach, close to shops, restaurants and stores with plenty of room for family and the kids loved the hot tub after a day of basketball! Definitely will rent again, preferably in the summer!!

We had a wonderful time. Very peaceful area with lots of things to do a short drive away. Fun things to do inside the home like the arcade machine and the hot tub! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Hidden Gems. We booked last minute and could not have been more pleased. It was a very romantic cabin with an awesome fire pit, sauna, and hot tub. I’m very picky about my bedding, and it was exceptional. -From the mattress to the sheets! Christian provided lots of extra touches and specialties that made us feel right at home. The grounds and the cabin were exceptionally clean, which is a must for me! Very well stocked. Walking up to that beautiful window view was amazing. We had coffee on the porch and hated to leave. We would book a longer stay if we were in the area again. Thanks for having us, Christian. You were an amazing, congenial host.

this is absolutely a beautiful place. the hot tub was very clean and nice. The space was uniquely designed. The neighborhood was absolutely peaceful and beautiful. The cabin was spacious and very clean and as described. Great place to unwind. Lots of amenities. Will definitely come back and visit again.

We had an amazing stay here! Great location to get away and toast some marshmallows. This was the perfect house for our group and we loved the hot tub and all the games in the basement. Thanks again Jessica!

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

This is my second stay at one of Audrey and Seb's location. Both experiences have been above and beyond, from check-in to check-out. My husband and I booked the cabin for a little unplugged weekend getaway, and this location was perfect to relax and escape. From the reading nook, to the beautifully furnished rooms, to the hot tub with the sound of the spring "peepers" in the background, the whole experience was exactly what we were looking for. The location is wonderfully close to town where we enjoyed our morning runs along Parson's Way. Highly recommend the buttermilk biscuits and chai latte at Boulangerie bakery, and dinner at Wandby's Landing!

We had a really nice stay in this cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cold evenings very much and also the gaming room is very nice. You should not get bored here ;-) The beds were good and we slept well. The front view is really nice and when the weather is nice the outdoor space must be great!

I stayed here with my 4 nephews from 6-12 years old and 8 adults for a family vacation. If you are looking for a great place to relax with family this is ideal. Also the fishing was phenomenal.
