The long beach of Kambos is the busiest resort of Patmos. It is a beautiful beach, with clean, shallow waters and plenty of tree shade. There are also umbrellas and sun beds, water sports and beach restaurants.

The agriolivadi house is located in the area of agriolivadi Patmos island. It provides an amphitheatre view of agriolivadi beach as well as the picturesque monastery of the "HORA".The house is near two of the most famous organized beaches of the island. 650 meters from the agriolivadi beach and 1.9 kilometers from KAMPOS beach. Access to the local market of the island such as supermarket,bakery,post office,pharmacy,banks etc...as well as the port in the area of SKALA is only 3.7 km away.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον όροφο διώροφου κτίσματος τεσσάρων διαμερισμάτων συνολικά με κοινόχρηστο κήπο και βεράντα.Στον όροφο υπάρχει ακόμα ένα διαμέρισμα και άλλα δύο στο ισόγειο.Στην βεράντα υπάρχουν δύο σετ τραπεζαρίας εξωτερικού χώρου ,το ένα εκ των οποίων ανήκει στο διαμέρισμα. Ήσυχη γειτονιά ,δέκα λεπτά περίπου από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και 5 λεπτά από την κοντινότερη παραλία.Πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ, φούρνος και super market.Επίσης καφέ και εστιατόρια.

Το ισόγειο αυτό διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Χοχλακάς στην Σκάλα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία! Εστιατόρια, καφετέριες, μπαρς, σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνος και φαρμακείο βρίσκονται 5 με δέκα λεπτά μακριά από το διαμέρισμα! Το διπλό κρεβάτι βρίσκεται σε ένα χαμηλού ύψους πατάρι 1.65 μ με παράθυρο!
