A very well located, clean modern apartment. Would highly recommend to families or groups. The ferry is right outside and the station is only minutes away. The hosts are also located close by - so you are in good hands.

Francesco had an amazing home that was beautifully located, clean, and close to local recommendations. Francesco was super proactive and very friendly. He made checking in easy even though our flight was delayed, and he made checking out not a problem as well. Our stay was lovely and we were able to explore the area to the full extent. Very happy

I had a wonderful stay! Marianna was an amazing host – communication was always super smooth and very flexible. Whenever something came up, we quickly found a solution. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to all the action, but still enjoy peace and quiet. There are plenty of things to do and explore in the surrounding area. I can highly recommend this place!

Very nice place next to everything in Lecco —I highly recommend Luca’s place!

Elisabetta was incredibly helpful! She was responsive and flexible with check in. She met us and shared many local recommendations and shared where everything was in the house. She was very quick to respond when we asked for local suggestions. Very friendly and welcoming!

My sister and I loved our stay with Claudio and Luisella. The apartment had a magnificent view of Lake Como and was only a few minutes walk from the town and ferries. Luisella gave us a a comprehensive briefing about how to use things in the apartment, where to eat and shop for groceries and information about the ferries. The apartment was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. At the end of our stay, Claudio kindly dropped us at the ferry dock which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily return one day.

Die Nächte bei Ardi waren top. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte zentrale Lage in Como. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war sehr schwierig. Dementsprechend muss man sich darauf einstellen ein paar Minuten zum Airbnb zu laufen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir würden wieder kommen 😇

Luca was an incredible host. So peaceful and quiet in the unit with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding hills. At the bottom of the path, you are in line for the funicular, a must do.

We loved our stay at The Big House! The bus stop being just at the top of the stairs was very helpful (though make sure to know when the last bus runs!). The rooms were clean and the kitchen was fully equipped, and the view of the lake from the balcony was the cherry on top! The only thing to mention is that the steps down to the Airbnb can be quite dark once the sun sets and there is no extra lighting, so this can be a little daunting if coming back during the evening. Kathi and her husband were super friendly and helpful, even bringing a gift for my birthday celebration which was such a surprise! We look forward to our next stay at The Big House! Thank you!!

Die Unterkunft war auf einem Berg am See gelegen. Man hatte eine schöne Sicht auf den See. Die Beschreibung und die Kommunikation mit Elisabetta hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Unterkunft, die Terasse und der Parkplatz waren genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.

Appartement très propre, dans un lieu calme et reposant. D’un prime abord le bâtiment peu paraître vieillot mais en passant le seuil de la porte il en est tout autrement. L’appartement est lumineux et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. La solaire Simonetta nous a accueillis et expliqué le fonctionnement, et elle nous a conseillé des restaurants et magasins dans le secteur. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement et ne manquerons pas d’y revenir. Merci pour tout Simonetta. PS : petit clin d’œil au coucou et au petit âne du matin.

Second stay at Maria’s, fantastic experience, Maria is delightful and helpful and I would highly recommend this apartment. Very close to the lake and everything Cernobbio has to offer. Quiet and private with a stylish comfortable decor. Perfect!

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. We absolutely loved our stay here. The host was responsive, offered any recommendation we asked for, and even made numerous reservations for us. The house is beautiful and cozy and had the most perfect views. They also surprised us with food upon arrival and croissants the next morning. 1000% recommend this home and we will be coming back!

Beautiful, great place. The house is very quiet, clean, and the beds are comfortable. Marzia is very lovely even though we arrived quite late at night, she came and greeted us at the house. She is always responsive and will make sure that we arrived at the house safely .The apartment has two terraces with beautiful view. One of the best things is we can have breakfast at the nearby little Cozy Café call Nene. Everything there is wonderful. However, I think it’s good to have a car and it would be quite challenging to walk down to the town. There is some stairs to the apartment but we managed to bring our luggage there.

Great place to stay and explore Como.Easy walk to the lake.Supermarkets and restaurants all close by. Even though it’s close to the train line the apartment is well insulated from outside noise. Very comfortable to be in after a day out exploring. I would recommend staying here.

Marta was an exceptionally friendly and responsive host—nothing was ever too much trouble. She communicated promptly and was always available with a quick reply whenever we needed anything. Marta kindly allowed us to check in early and stay a bit later on our departure day, which was a huge help as it gave us a comfortable place to relax before catching our train. The apartment itself was lovely—beautifully maintained and located just slightly outside the busy centre of Como, which we really appreciated, especially during the bustling Easter period. The peaceful location made for a scenic and relaxing walk along the lake's edge into the heart of Como. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the thoughtful information Marta provided—full of helpful tips on where to eat, drink, and explore—made our visit even better. Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

Great place! Balcony is worth it all. Little hill to walk up. Would suggest a taxi to the place if you have luggage, but the walk was easy without bags. Had everything we needed.

De locatie was perfect voor mijn gezin en ik. Het meer was nabij en het centrum en het station maar 15 minuten lopen of enkele minuten met de bus. Er is speelgoed en spelletjes aanwezig voor de kinderen, een eetstoel en een babybed zijn beschikbaar op aanvraag. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig 's avonds. Maar pas wel op met de oversteek naar het meer want auto's stoppen niet altijd voor het zebrapad door de snelheid waarmee ze rijden. Tiziana was super vriendelijk en warm en verraste ons zelfs met allerlei extra's. Ze was altijd snel met reageren en ontzettend behulpzaam. Ik raad iedereen het aan om hier te verblijven. Zeker als je houd van een schoon en rustig verblijf.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Matéo. Comme promis et sur les photos, la vue est incroyable sur le lac avec un coucher de soleil superbe sur Varenna! Le logement est très bien équipé , nous étions 4 et le canapé lit est confortable ; la chambre très grande! précision : il faut passer par le chambre pour aller à la salle de bain et les toilettes. La localisation est très bien si vous avez une voiture ( ce qui était notre cas), le " garage' était trop petit mais nous avons pu facilement nous garer à proximité. A 10mn max de Varrena où nous nous sommes garés sans problème en semaine ( plus compliqué le we). La communication avec Mateo a toujours était très facile et réactive, et tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien dans l appartement. L insonorisation avec l appartement voisin n est pas parfaite, mais cela n'a pas posé de problème car les personnes étaient respectueuses. Un lieu parfait pour un séjour inoubliable !

The apartment was great, the house is the last row in the village, very calm and relaxing. You can easily walk to the lake, and what we found great there is a boat that can get you to other places and Bellagio. We wished we could stay longer!
