Great place, great places to eat, local things to do. Only downside was parking. Still would stay here again anytime I was in Portland!

We had a wonderful stay here. It looked just like the photos - clean and orderly - and the bed was comfortable. It's modern and uncluttered, and the kitchen counter is a great spot to set up your laptop and maybe have a beverage - good light in there. Communication was excellent, too. Luke provided us with a link to a feature on must-try restaurants in the area, and he gave us some helpful general tips for Portland. Folding baggage racks and closet space with hangers were provided, and there is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs; plus a shed should you want to store your bike or anything else. I would say for a single guest or maybe a couple looking for a simple, uncluttered place to stay while visiting, you don't need much more. Highly recommended - wouldn't hesitate to book this again in the future.

The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean, nice art and furniture, and in a great location. Having a parking spot was super (I'm not sure what we would have done otherwise). Additionally, it's awesome that pets are allowed. We never go anywhere without our little dog!

My sister and I had a great stay at David and Kate’s place . Everything we needed was right at our fingertips and the bed was SO comfortable we wanted to take it with us ! This place was the perfect home base for my family during our trip to Portland! We felt right at home, and Haley & Diane were incredibly kind and responsive when we had questions. We loved exploring Evergreen Cemetery right across the street, and it’s a quick 8 minute drive to downtown. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

We felt right at home in this gem of a 2 bedroom. We parked our car and didn't get back in until our stay was over. Comfy beds. Bright private apt. Very peaceful, yet close to everything! I highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay although our stay was short the place was super clean, spacious,and check in was very easy. My husband and I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would hope to be back someday. If you’re a coffee drinker as my husband is you will love the convenience of the coffee shop,that was a plus.

Exceptional apartment! I was traveling with my extended family and we all felt so comfortable in Ani’s beautiful home. The apartment is bigger than the photos suggest - sprawling, even. Check-in and check-out were simple. The beds and couches were so comfortable. Bright, sunny, happy space - steps away from the Eastern Promenande and great bakeries, and a short walk to the Old Port. Wonderful spot & we’ll definitely be back!!

The apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed- a full kitchen, relaxing living area, and cozy bedrooms. It was absolutely squeaky clean and neat as well! The location was quiet with beautiful forest scenery, and it was not too far from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia, which we were very grateful for. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Maine!

Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

Fantastic property. Quaint, historic studio apartment, five minutes from town. Everything was clean and they even left half and half in the fridge for our morning coffee. We’ll definitely be staying here in the future. Thanks again!

Had a wonderful time retreating at the Heron’s Nest. Robin was extremely pleasant and her space provided the perfect environment for privacy and a very “off the grid” (with heat/hot water and wifi) feel <3. i will be returning and recommending this space forever!

We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary at this location and we had an absolutely amazing experience!! We picked Portland to visit because of the breweries and things to do in the area, and after venturing out each day, coming back to the Hacienda was so relaxing and peaceful! We loved the space, hot tub, surrounding area and overall stay!! We highly recommend, and we already wish we had stayed another few days to experience more!
