We went to Jon’s place for our yearly Ice fishing trip. We had 8 guys there and were comfortable. House was clean with towels and linens for us in the rooms and extras in the closets. Place is right on the water and we had a blast using the fire pit outside while Ice Fishing.. Only thing I would say is the appliances are quite old and the house could use a little fixing up. With that said it was still a comfortable nice stay. I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Woolwich. There is a peaceful nature vibe to the house and a beautiful view and location. The Bald Eagles live in a tree right on the edge of the backyard and were visible numerous times during our stay. The location to various towns and locations in Maine is convenient.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

Nikki’s place was the perfect place to call home during our recent visit to Bucksport. The space was clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of room for our family. The snacks that Nikki left were an added bonus. Our favorite feature was the hot tub! We will definitely try to book again in the future!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

My fiance and I took our three kids there (ages 8-12), and we all loved it! Everyone was sad to leave, and begging to come back! We went during the last week of winter, so the weather varies from white blue skies, to a bit of fog, to then snow, and experiencing the dynamics of the weather change just make the home feel even more special because there was always something for everyone to do. The kids would wake up and go exploring outside, my teen would chill on the plenty of scenic sitting areas and text on her phone, and my fiance and I would enjoy a hot cup of coffee and read our books. We all went kayaking during the day, and then cozied up on the hot tub during the night. We definitely would love to come again!!!

My husband and I rented this place for our wedding venue. Kim was great at communicating what was needed for us to use her place as a venue. The location was absolutely stunning! The home was clean and easy to check in. A few things that need to be more clear is the sleeping arrangements. There are only 3 bedrooms. The rest of the sleeping areas are pull out beds in common areas. It can sleep many people but they all have to sleep in the downstairs together. For this reason, it was a little pricey. We don’t regret renting this place for our venue and are grateful for Kim letting us check in early. Kim was a great host!

Lori’s is exactly what we need while visiting family over a holiday. She is very gracious to host us over Thanksgiving as the last occupants of the year. Even during a snow storm, her place is cosy and beautiful. This is our second year coming, and we love it every time. We would recommend it for those looking for a charming getaway from busy life. Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

Such a beautiful and quaint cabin with an incredible Mountain View! Clean and up to temp hot tub, lovely fire pit and comfortable Adirondacks to relax and enjoy the tranquility. Cabin was warm and well decorated, comfortable bed with soft linens, and just the right touches in the kitchen like fresh coffee and creamers in the fridge. I was a little wary of a “outhouse“ but it was warm and super clean with plenty of hot water and plenty of towels! We will absolutely stay again!

We cozied in for a couple of days, highlights were playing board games and the hot tub on the deck. Pretty pond just steps away. The heart of the cabin is the back deck.

We had the best time! The two separate cottages provided were fantastic. Well appointed with a nice country vibe. Never turned on the TV. Just played cards, ate and talked. Very relaxing. We brought our boat and it was so convenient to tie up at Josée’s dock. The fishing was great too! I highly recommend.

Fantastic stop on our way up to Acadia. Only wish we had booked for two nights instead of one! the wood stove was super efficient on a very chilly October night. Close to the Pour Farm and Odd Alewives breweries, which were awesome. And very quick drive to Camden for food options and excellent ocean/mountain hikes. Very clean and cozy Maine camp. We hope to be back!
