place was great for a weekend stay. had some issues with the lock at one point and Ruddy was very quick to come help us figure it out and get inside. would stay again!

nice place in Westend of Portland. walkable to downtown and restaurants within 15-20 minutes. Nice for one or two people for a visit.

This apartment is simply perfect! I felt comfortable and safe and loved waking up to the beauty of the space, the kitchen has all new appliances and the colors and craftsmanship are impressive. There was plenty of room throughout and the bed is very comfortable. Thank you Rick! I would definitely stay at your apartment again. I also highly recommend this place because of the great, central location.

Ian was very helpful. We booked very last minute and he was able to get us settled that day. The apartment is right near downtown Biddeford. So there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is nice and clean. If we had any questions the host replied immediately. We would stay again if we ever visit this area again.

A really lovely place — exactly as shown in the photos and exceptionally clean, with a cozy sleeping alcove that our kiddo loved. Check in & check out were smooth & super easy. Also centrally located, with a lot of shops & restaurants nearby, including a nice bookstore & toy store across the street. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Stayed here with a couple of my co-workers while working in the area. Worked out very well for us.

We had a great stay during a snowy, cold Maine week. The house was very clean and had everything we could have asked for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We had also asked specifically about their no pet policy as one member of our party was allergic and heard back very quickly that their policy was strict. Our allergic member had no problems whatsoever!

Excellent communication and a great beach house, neighborhood was quiet but excessable to all the region had to offer, Thanks!

Beautiful location, extremely well equipped kitchen( probably the best I’ve ever seen), very clean and comfortable. We were in the area for our daughter’s wedding on Westport Island and it was the perfect location for us. convenient to the wedding but also near restaurants and stores for all our last minute needs. Tara was very proactive in her communication and responded quickly when I had some questions. I would definitely return and highly recommend a stay.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

If you're looking for a little bit of peace and quiet, a decent meal or a drink on the beach, and to fall asleep to the sounds of waves calmly crashing than this is the place for you! Let's start with the host Sameer. Very clear and concise with visit guidelines and very quick to respond to any messages. Fantastic. The condo itself is spotless and pretty much has everything you need whether it's coffee in the morning or cookware for an afternoon dinner. Now haven't been to the Brunswick quite a bit I do know the music and crowds in the summer can be a bit much, but being able to easily go upstairs to this condo that is on the opposite side of the band I'm sure is a nice way to end your day with having the opportunity to sit on the deck to listen to the music or close the doors and relax. Can't say enough good things about this place!!

Thus was a great location for our stay in Portland. Easy to get around and plenty to see and do nearby. i will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

I’ve been to a few AirBNBs and this by far was a favorite. He had a lot of extra TP, paper towels, bath towels, dish towels, coffee and tea, pillows, blankets and cleaning supplies for both bathroom and kitchen! We’ve been to this area before and it’s so nice. And this apartment is in an amazing area. Tons of shops and restaurants. We didn’t have to drive for the weekend. We were there for a concert at cross insurance arena, and that was only a few minutes walk from the apartment. I will be renting this place out again, thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.
