This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

This home is extremely comfortable and welcoming. Spiros is a great host. He is helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. The rental is perfect for two couples or a family of 4. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. The terrace had breathtaking views of the surroundings. We had breakfast and later afternoon snacks on the terrace everyday. There is great hiking nearby. The only sounds you will hear are the birds and the church bells. A five star home.

Nous sommes un couple en vacances en Grèce et avons séjourné dans l'appartement pendant 1 semaine. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Stavros. L'appartement est conforme à s'annonce, très propre et très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter de la vue incroyable sur la baie et la ville de Kalamata et ses couchers de soleil magnifiques : Très depaysant et reposant. La localisation est parfaite si comme nous vous voulez voyager en voiture dans le sud du Péloponnèse. Stavros est très accueillant, attentionné et reactif. Nous recommandons !

Great place, awesome view and an amazing host

This was our second time here, and it was as good if not better than our first. George was again the consummate host - friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive - and the accommodations themselves were so comfortable. We love this spot and Kardamili and already look forward to returning again next year. Efharisto!

Maison avec 3 chambres. Terrasse couverte donnant sur une grande piscine très propre. Le jardin est très joli également. La maison est près d’une grande route mais il n’y a pas trop de bruit de voiture, c est très calme. Nous avons eu en cadeaux des figues du jardin et des œufs, très gentille attention. Parfait pour visiter le sud du Péloponnèse.

Όλοι μπορούν να δημιουργήσουν μια διαμονή για airbnb. Το θέμα είναι πως ελάχιστοι συνδυάζουν τον άριστο χώρο με το προσωπικό μεράκι και ο Γιάννης είναι πραγματικά ένας από αυτούς. Το σπίτι ήταν τέλειο και πολύ καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Είναι ο ιδανικός χώρος για οικογένειες με παιδιά καθώς ο προσεγμένος με το γκαζόν τεράστιος εξωτερικός χώρος δείχνει πως ο Γιάννης δεν έχει αφήσει τίποτα στην τύχη. Ο χώρος είναι επίπεδος χωρίς σκάλες και απόλυτα ασφαλής για παιδιά. Το εσωτερικό δεν έχει έπιπλα με επικίνδυνες γωνίες και ο χώρος της κουζίνας είναι ψηλός για τα δεδομένα ενός παιδιού 3-4 ετών κ ετσι δεν υπάρχει πρόσβαση σε πιάτα ποτήρια μαχαίρια κλπ, κάνοντας την κουζίνα ασφαλέστατη. Ο Γιάννης είναι φιλικός, επικοινωνιακός και απόλυτα διακριτικός. θα σας βοηθήσει κ θα σας ενημερώσει με χαρά και δείχνει άνθρωπο που δεν κάνει αγγαρεία. Τόσο εκείνος όσο κ η σύζυγός του Λίλυ έχουν φτιάξει ένα χώρο ο οποίος ξεπερνά τις προσδοκίες κ σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι τυχερός που τον επέλεξες

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Un excellent logement où j'ai passé une nuit au calme. 15min à pied du centre ville et pas loin de la sortie de la ville. Maria était très réactive ! je recommande vivement !

Beautiful house made out of rock in the heart of Taygetos' mountain. The nature around it is amazing and there are many pathways if you want to explore the mountain. Pantelis was a great host and the whole experience was amazing.

Καθαρός, περιποιημένος χώρος με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Έχει εξοπλισμένη και ευρύχωρη βεράντα, εκεί περνούσαμε και την περισσότερη ώρα μας. Ο ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης ήταν καταλυτικός. Το καλοκαίρι σκεφτόμαστε να σας ξαναεπισκεφθούμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

הנכס נמצא בסביבה שקטה חדרי השינה נוחים מאוד, יתרון בולט שהבריכה בנויה בתוך הבית וניתן להשתמש בה בכול מזג אוויר ומונע כניסה של חרקים. הנכס לא גדול אבל נותן תמורה ומפנק.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our children spent most of the week in the pool! The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was clean and well equipped. Aircon was much appreciated too. Gail was an attentive host, quickly responding to messages I sent her and happy to answer any questions we had. We were very sad to have to leave at the end of the week!

Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in eurem Traumhaus. Wir haben die Woche in der Ruhe sehr genossen und können das Haus ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen. Lediglich die Zufahrtsstraße ist etwas abenteuerlich und es lohnt sich ein Auto mit etwas höherer Bodenfreiheit zu mieten ;) Aber die Lage ist dafür umso schöner.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, la vue sur la mer est incroyable, le coucher de soleil époustouflant. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée, nous sommes venus à 4 + 1 bébé et tout était parfait. Akis est charmant et nous a très bien accueillis. A refaire !

We had an amazing stay. We had the ground floor apartment of a three storey property where Stathis family resides- even though this was the case, we had our own privacy to the grounds and the pool. The family were extremely lovely and we hardly saw them. The property was spotless and the grounds were extremely beautiful and peaceful with the fruit and herb trees surrounding the property. The kids had a great time in the pool. We loved our stay and we loved Kalamata!

Goody was outstanding as a host. Lovely and friendly manner - really made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. If we needed anything that was not on the list of amenities, she would either supply or offer to get that too. It was a lovely villa and had extremely comfortable beds, which is our biggest issue sometimes. Bedrooms were very well equipped with storage space with their drawers, and plenty of hangers and space in the wardrobes too!! Washing lines outside, but within your villa balcony area, were brilliant too, for drying the washing outside. Plenty of line space, also important to us, as we travel light and need to wash clothing etc frequently). Maria is the fabulous cleaning lady, who worked around our time schedule, and again, very friendly and accommodating always keen to please us, above and beyond her duties too, lovely lady. Lovely clean swimming pool too. So all in all a great stay here, and would definitely stay here again another year, when we come back.

A fabulous place, with lovely rooms, great facilities, a sunny pool, sea and sunset views, and warm hosts. From the very friendly and helpful first greeting, the family made us feel right at home. We did a lot of cooking and loved eating meals on the balcony area outside the kitchen. Everything is simple, including parking. The bedroom is gorgeous, with views and a little balcony. Highly recommended place in wonderful Kardamyli.

Just a short walk from a picturesque mountain village, Villa Sunset is a truly incredible place to stay. The veranda gives views over rolling slopes of olive groves and down to the sea below. The pool is huge - it’s worth noting that it is VERY deep if you’re with small children - and thanks to its position it’s a wonderful place to find some peace and quiet. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, particularly the master suite in the tower! Neochori, the local village, is a 5 minute stroll away. You’ll find a bakery that does coffees, fresh bread and sweet treats, as well as a minimarket which is good in an emergency (but be warned it only takes cash and there are no ATMs in the village). The village also has a restaurant and a really wonderful Taverna owned by the amazing Maria, which we ended up eating at most nights. A 10 minute drive away is Stoupa, which is quite touristy but has some nice restaurants and bars. A similar distance away is Agios Nikolaos, a picturesque fishing village with a great snorkelling spot. Although you can walk to Agios, it’s definitely worth renting a car or making use of local taxi services. To sum-up, Villa Sunset is a truly amazing sanctuary in a characterful and relatively unspoiled corner of Greece. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
