This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

You'll love the leafy views from our self-contained garden cottage. We are high on the hill in convenient Mitchelton with great NNE aspect. It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Rivervilla tranquility by the bay.

Rivervilla is a self contained 2 bedroom unit attached to the main dwelling but completely autonomous. It is located on the pine river just north of Brisbane , minutes to the airport, the entertainment center, shopping precincts like DFO, North lakes and Chermside. Across the road on the banks of the river you can stroll down to the Rocks Cafe 220m for a coffee to the pontoon for views up and down the river, and out to the bay. It is large & airy with lovely country views, ample off road parking, private patio and enclosed back garden. Enjoy the large comfortable living area with fans & reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1 is large & comfortable & has a QS bed. Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Use of all amenities is included & free WIFI.
