The boat ramp is 200 metres down the road; Caves Beach is a 7 minute drive away; we are within walking distance or a short drive to the shopping village, clubs and pubs. Also, easy access to Blacksmiths Beach, Belmont, Charlestown Square Shopping Centre and Newcastle.

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge (no access to neighbours jetties). Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. A perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. NB: we only accept guests with 5 star reviews (esp House Rules). No 3rd party bookings or work crews.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Located at the beach and the lake there is plenty to get outside to go explore. This house is the 2nd house(back house) on one block. Its private and has large fences dividing the two. Owner lives in front house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED

Although small it has everything you need, located in unit block on first floor next to the Orana Hotel, Great for a woodfired pizza or cold beer. Walking distance to local beaches, freshly painted throughout with new air-conditioner full-size washing machine full-size fridge and full-size stove. This property is great for short-term working accommodation or a quick overnight stay during a long trip
