Two bedrooms, sleeping 5, Central lounge room, full eat in kitchen, modern bathroom with washing machine and sunroom at rear. Walking distance to Gunyah Hotel next door and LMYC around the corner. We are working with the Hotel and Liquor & gaming to reduce noise on W/Ends

'The Ballast' Riverfront Retreat

This newly renovated unit boasts unobstructed views across Newcastle’s working harbor and the beautiful Ballast grounds. Includes Queen-sized bed and ensuite, with shampoo, conditioner and all linen provided. Fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, toaster oven, hot plate, frypan, saucepan, sandwich maker and microwave. Please note, our beautiful pup Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You may see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊
