Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

Το Damaskini’s House είναι ένα σπίτι ηλικίας άνω των 200 ετών, το οποίο έχει ανακαινιστεί πληρως και με πολυ μεράκι. Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το Quiet room βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Αγκάλη στην χώρα της Τήνου σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά , τις καφετέριες και τα εστιατόρια. Από το κέντρο του νησιού απέχει μόλις 500μ, 800μ από το ναό της Παναγίας και 100μ από την όμορφη παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά . Το Quiet room είναι σε μια όμορφη & ήσυχη γειτονιά , υπάρχει γύρω από την γειτονιά άνετο πάρκινγκ. Φούρνος και σούπερ μάρκετ είναι πολύ κοντά στο δωμάτιο .
