The Cottage

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower and washing machine. It is situated on a quiet street with a queen bedroom, well appointed bathroom, large open-plan living space and a private courtyard.
