Merkeze yürüme olarak mesafeli ancak sakin ve huzurlu bir bölge. Ulaşımda hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibinin yerel yönlendirmeleri ve geri dönüşleri oldukça hızlı ve anlaşılırdı. Daire oldukça geniş, temiz ve konforluydu. 3 ayrı oda ve 2 Banyo olmasından dolayı 2 ailenin bile rahat kalabileceği bir daireydi. Havuz temiz ve kullanışlı. Sitede çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Yeşillikler içinde tatil yapmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederiz.

The place is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the centre but away from the hustle. It's also right next door to a convenience store and a cafe. It could not be better located. The best thing about this though is the host himself. Engin was so helpful and proactive. Kind and generous, he helped us with everything we might need. I fully recommend this place.

We stayed in Kamals Villa in Dalyan last week with a party of six including 2 late teenagers and grandparents. This Villa and its amenities is by far one of the best we have ever stayed in . It's clean , comfortable, has everything you need like a home from home . It is an easy walk to the local supermarket and shops where you will find plenty of restaurants and things to do and see. The local people are so friendly and welcoming . Kemal was a fantastic host , always ready on txt msg to organise delivery of water and anything else we needed. He also gave us some fish to cook on the bbq which he caught himself . It was delicious. Thank you Kemal and your family for making our stay so special.

Absolutely beautiful villa, with everything we needed. Gorgeous both inside and outside - pool, garden, bbq. The villa's within a few minutes walk of Dalyan's many restaurants. Rob and Sara are helpful, supportive hosts when needed.

Ibrahim was a fantastic host and villa was everything he said it was. Round a corner and youll find yourself in the middle of it all restaurants,bars,cafes shops it offers everything. We would love to return in future. Thanks again Abrahim

Geldiğimiz anda bizi karşılayan Hasan Beyin sevgili eşi Nuran hanım seyahatimizin sonuna kadar Hasan bey ile beraber her konuda bizimle ilgilendiler. Evde neye ihtiyaç duyarsanız mevcut, eksik bir şey olursa da zaten hemen temin ediyorlar. Temiz, konforlu ve çok rahat. biz 4 yetişkin 2 ufaklık kaldık. herkes keyfinden aşırı derecede memnundu tatil boyu. Hasan bey ve Nuran hanım bize gidilmesi, görülmesi gereken yerler hakkında bilgi verdiler, restoranlar için tavsiyelerde bulundular (restoranlar için yoğun sezonda giderseniz hemen yer ayırın, dolu oluyor). Ev çarşıya, restoranlara ve dükkanlara 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Artık bizim Selimiye'de bir evimiz var. Manzarayı ve gün doğumuna eşlik eden terasta içtiğim sabah kahvesini her gün arıyorum. en kısa zamanda tekrar gidebilmek dileği ile..

We had a wonderful stay at the Jumali house - it’s a really charming, spacious and homely base for exploring Dalyan and beyond. Don’t be put off by the upside down layout - it works really well so you have great views of the ancient tombs and countywide from the balcony and there’s a side staircase to take your al fresco dining to the lovely garden. The pool is relatively spacious for a villa this size and we enjoyed a few dips (even if it was a tad chilly while we were there in April). We also really appreciated the games for the kids - ping pong, card games and making boats for the pool. Bedrooms are all en-suite so great for groups of friends and families. It’s also just 5 mins to the bars, cafes, restaurants and boat rides in beautiful Dalyan. Highly recommend!

Marmaris’in en mevki yerinde 15 kişinin rahatlıkla kalacağı mükemmel bir ev. Çok temiz ve bir evde olabilecek tüm eşya edavat mevcuttu.Ayrıca ev sahibimizde her konuda bize yardımcı oldu.İnşallah seneye tekrar aynı evde kalmayı düşünüyoruz.Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle.

Evin konumu çok iyi, merdivenli bir yolu kullanarak Turunç’un tüm beachlerinin olduğu plaj kesimine 5 dk içerisinde inebiliyorsunuz. 2 ayrı halk plajı ve çeşitli yeme içme limiti olan beach seçenekleri mevcut. Ev teslim aldığımızda gayet temiz ve bakımlıydı, tüm eşyalar zaten yepyeniydi. Çok kullanışlı bir evdi, bahçesi de gayet yeterliydi. Aycan Hanım ve babası da bizlerle her zaman olumlu iletişim içerisindeydiler, soru ve sorunlarımıza hızlıca dönüş sağladılar. Evlerinde geçirdiğimiz bu güzel tatil için kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

We stayed at Ergun's place as 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids) and all of us were very happy about our stay. The house was better (and even bigger) than we expected. It was very clean, and full of amenities. We loved the BBQ area (separate from the house) with its own dishwasher, range, small fridge and a large table. Kids enjoyed the swing, the hammock and the orange trees in the back yard. Ergun took care of the pool every other day and he was very responsive throughout our stay. He recommended a wonderful boat for a day tour, a breakfast place we loved and even an other place to say for visiting friends. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and could not recommend our super host Ergun more.

Ali Bey konaklama öncesinde ev ile ilgili tüm kullanım bilgilerini de paylaştı. Ormanın içinde huzur dolu bir yerdi. Araçla civarda bulunan koylara ve turistik yerlere gitmek çok kolaydı. Bizim için keyifli bir tatil oldu, deneyimlemenizi tavsiye ederim ✌️

Halide place was absolutely stunning and it was even better in person. It was all state of the art appliances and breath taking inside. The location was about a 15 minute walk to downtown which always increased our appetite and helped us digest on the way back. The last few days the internet was in and out, but Halide was always responsive and willing to help. Majority of the essentials are included, but if you stay with a large group, you will definitely need to restock on some of the amenities. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home for your next vacation.

Ipek was so wonderful, not only proactive and responsive but was able to accommodate my family of 10, with last minute transfer from port, as we had a last minute cancellation from initial transfer. Additionally, she was quick to provide us with answers to many questions and recommendations on different restaurants and services offered in the area. Ipek was very hospitable, super friendly, knowledgeable and enjoyed every suggestion and service she provided us. We hope to come back again. Thank you so much iPek :-)

So in fear of looking silly but wanting to leave an honest review. We arrived a day early. (dont ask, booking flights and accomadation separately with mutiple people can be confusing) Ehat was kind enough to organise a transfer from Dalaman airport to the appartment, and when we arrived (a day early) his response was fast and very helpful. thankfully no one was at the accomadation and he was able to let us stay a day earlier than booked. he also made a call and orgainised a car to collect us from the airport and met us at the apartment. (above and beyond helpful)

Ev aynı fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, tatil yapmak için çok keyifli bir ev. 4 yetişkin, 2 çocuk gittik ve çok güzel bir 4 gün geçirdik. Ali Bey bizi sokağın başında karşıladı ve eve eşlik etti. Evin fazlası vardı eksiği yoktu. Ekstradan büyük buz makinesi, filtre kahve mak, mocha pot, türk kahvesi makinesi vardı. Tüm mutfak gereçleri çok fazlasıyla mevcuttu, bol baharat çeşidi vardı. Yanınızda hiçbir şey getirmeden, kendi mutfağınız gibi girip kullanabileceğiniz dolu bir mutfağı var. Ev bizim için büyüktü ama bu da rahat kullanma imkanı verdi. Denize girmek için Ali Bey'in önerdiği plaja gittik. Söğüt gerçekten çok sakin bir mahalle, denizi dalgasız ve ılık. Özellikle eylülde tatil düşünen çocuklu aileler için ideal sıcaklıkta deniz, asla soğuk değil. Evin havuzunun olması çocuklar için çok iyi oldu denizden çıkıp havuzda eğlenmeye devam ettiler. Çocuklar için kutu oyunu vardı. Tekrar gidip kalmayı çok isteriz, tam istediğimiz gibi bir ortamdı, bu harika tatil için çok teşekkür ederiz.

The Villa was great, super cute and pretty, felt very Turkish. The whole villa was very clean and ready for us on arrival. The pool is lovely, especially in such hot weather. We were very happy that every bedroom had AC, a must have in summer. Host communication was excellent. They met us on arrival and when the wifi was not working initially they fixed it immediately that same day and it was perfect for the rest of the week. We would recommend this villa to others coming to Dalyan!

Ev sahibimiz tatilimizi onayladıktan sonra bizimle sürekli irtibat halindeydi ve sorularımıza hızlı cevap vererek bizi çok rahatlattı. Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik arkadaş grubumuzla. Herkese öneriyoruz. Bir sonra ki tatilimizde kesinlikle tekrar kalacağız.

Denize oldukça yakın, sakin huzurlu bir yer. Havuzu çocuklar için oldukça yeterliydi. Her odada klima olması, sineklik olması büyük konfor sağladı. Genç-yaşlı herkese hitap eden bir tatil oldu. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

A very enjoyable stay Tanner was very helpful in sorting out any problems we had the swimming pool was very well kept all in all it was a very lovely stay and would visit again

Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent. Villa Ada was amazing. Great location about 15 mins walk to town. Everything you needed in the house. Shower was hot and powerful. Kitchen had everything you needed. Fly/mosquito nets on all doors and windows. Pool area was spacious with lots of chairs, tables and loungers. Plenty of wardrobe space, fresh towels and beach towels. Dilay was helpful and always replied to our enquiries. We would definitely come back !
