The location was perfect for our quick visit to Tuscaloosa. We had a scheduled tour of the University of Alabama and the proximity made it easy to get in and out. There was plenty of parking and the area was quiet. We had a small situation that the downstairs AC wasn't cooling properly, and while the situation was not able to be remedied while we were there, Seth made every attempt to right the situation, and we really appreciated his willingness to assist and the refunded amount that he provided for the inconvenience. Overall the stay was great and we would consider staying again.

I had a very peaceful stay here! Blake was very responsive with questions I had throughout my stay! The apartment was also very clean!

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

It was the perfect house for girls weekend. The pool was perfect for our littles to swim after gym in the evening. The house had everything we needed and more. Beautiful

Great condo. Easy to get into, stairs and elevator as an option to get inside. Great amenities, comfortable beds. Nice to have 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms. Kitchen setup is great. Would stay again but was their for graduation so probably not coming back

The accommodation is very nice and the location is excellent. The area is pleasant and you can get everywhere. The apartment has everything you need and is comfortable. Sara was also very helpful and took care of everything within a few minutes and solved problems quickly. The accommodation is highly recommended.

This was our third time staying at the Efelant, and if our daughter had not graduated, we would ALWAYS stay there. It is always so clean, has everything we need, is close to campus, and Sara is so easy to communicate with! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the University of Alabama! This Airbnb was extremely clean and every comfort was thought of. We were close to Samford and our daughter’s apartment. Joanna was great at communication. We will definitely use this Airbnb again!

The condo was clean and well decorated. It was located very close to campus, the stadium and restaurants. We would highly recommend this location for visiting friends and family.

This place is conveniently located near Homewood and is within 10 minutes or so of many great places to eat and drink. Less than 12 minutes from downtown as well. The place looks out onto woodlands behind the unit and was great for bird watching and resting.
