It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

Nice little modern house. Set on a hill with nice views. Everything we needed. Shame about the dry paddock and dusty Rd. Loved the fire pit and big outdoor deck. Beds comfortable.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Simone's place has wonderful period charm with no compromises for modern living. Four bedrooms, ensuite and WIR, a lounge room plus massive open-plan living, dining, kitchen and rumpus. And a large covered deck. Literally 5 minutes drive from the centre of Wagga. If you need space and want room for entertaining, this is the one to pick.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Superb place to stay .Very close too shops. Secure yard for dogs.Very clean throughout. Place has been modernised and has all facilities..Wife found bed a little too soft. Martyn was very quick to respond too microwave issue and was very helpful finding a solution. A pleasant surprise to see doggy treats and chocolates on our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back here again in the future.

Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern und ist super schön! Tolle Ausstattung! Ein schöner Wow-Moment für uns. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt!!! Man kann wunderbar über die großen Fenster im Wohnzimmer aus dem Hängesessel heraus die Wallabys und Kängurus beobachten. Die Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

We would highly recommend Alex's apartment for many reasons. The location is perfect in terms of trams, cafes and restaurants and yet it was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable and contained all that we needed for our week's stay. Alex met us at the apartment block and explained the information we needed for staying and leaving. We would stay again when we return to Melbourne. Thank you Alex.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Nice, clean 2bed unit right next to the beach and close to the shops and food in Mordialloc.

Our second stay with Jane, both properties we stayed at were perfect and cosy. Very friendly. The location is amazing, close to the river walk, plenty of restaurants, and bars - we had a lovely time away

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Chante's place. Everything was just as described, and we felt right at home. We’d definitely come back for another trip.

Louise’s place is the type of my dream house- so cozy, beautiful and carefully designed. Everything is ao lovely and feels like home, my baby loves the toys and cards in the house. The yard is beautiful too, there are cute things everywhere and my baby would like to say hi to the mushroom everyday day☺️. Unfortunately the weather was not great, so we spent more time enjoyining this beautiful house. Really wish it could be at least 1 sunny day so we can enjoy the beauty side of lakes entrance. House is generally clean - the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom is . The only suggestion i would had to make it more perfect is if new sponge and rag could be provided(those one time usage for kitchen) , this could be ideal for me who is very particulate on the cleanness. As the sponge left from previous guest is a bit dirty and same for the used rag that Louise’s friends. I need to wash a few times before I feel comfortable to use. But still I would like to give it a 5 star!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

This was an ideal location to access the cultural areas of Melbourne. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything that we required. I loved the close access to Woolworths and some cheap Asian restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again when next in Melbourne.

This place is great however it is dark and doesn’t let in much sunshine and no view of anything . The beach is close and lots of dogs . There is also a dog next door that is extremely annoying and barks a lot. However the apartment was immaculate Nice and quiet and close to the shops .

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Had a wonderful stay at this place in Phillip Island! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Steve, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. There was a detailed file with clear instructions and information about nearby attractions and their timings, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!
