We had a fantastic extended holiday weekend at Eleni’s place with family and friends. Communication was smooth and clear from the start — we received detailed check-in instructions with text and photos, plus helpful directions for both free and paid parking options. We were pleasantly surprised to always find free parking right in front of the building. The location is excellent — quiet, yet close to everything. The apartment was exactly as described and looked just like the photos: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Elena as a host!

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε κεντρικές λεωφόρους μίας ήσυχης γειτονιάς!!! Στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Αθήνα είμαι σίγουρος ότι θα ξανά επιλέξω το δωμάτιο σας!!!

I was extremely happy with all aspects of my stay at Evangelos' studio/apartment in Vouliagmeni. Communication with Evangelos was very straightforward and he was always quick to respond to any queries I had. Access to the studio was easy with good, clear instruction given with respect to the location of the keys, Wi-Fi access etc. and upon arrival, the studio had just what I needed to settle in quickly with all the amenities you might expect and wish for. The studio location is perfect for swimming (the beach is literally 2 minutes away!), local walks along the coast to the shops, bars and restaurants of Voula, Kavouri and Vouliagmeni or to quick access either by car or bus to the centre of Athens or, further along the scenic, coastal road heading south towards Sounion. It goes without writing, that I will definitely return to stay at Evangelos' studio and I look forward to being back very soon. Thank you, Al (Manchester, UK)

Beautiful flat, very comfortable. If I return to Athens I will for sure repeat here. The elevator for my baby stroller and the roomy living room was a life saver for travelling with my baby.

The perfect apartment with extremely gracious hosts! The location is amazing -- within walking distance of wonderful restaurants and shops, close to the metro, next to Philopappos Hill which is a great place to take a short hike to watch the sunset, and across the street from (what I would call) the best bakery in Athens. Would absolutely stay again, had such an amazing time and felt right at home.

אני מרגיש ששבתי מגן עדן. זו דירה כל כך נעימה ומאובזרת, שלא תרצו לצאת ממנה. למעשה, היו ימים שממש התקשתי. מעוצבת לעילא, אינטימית ולא חסר בה דבר, אפילו לא מכונת כביסה ולאוהבים להתפנק אחרי יום הליכה בשכיות החמדה של אתונה - ג'קוזי! אתם יכולים להאזין לתחנות הרדיו האתונאיות המופלאות דרך הטלויזיה, או להשתמש בפונקציות החכמות שלה כדי לשדר תמונה מהטלפון החכם. אמנם השכונה קצת מדפרסת וחששתי לצאת בלילה, אבל המיקום הוא פנטסטי! ממש במרכז. אם אתם רוצים ללכת לכיכרות הראשיות זה מרחק של 10 דק' וגם אם אתה רוצים ללכת למוזיאון הלאומי לארכיאולוגיה או לטפס על הר לייקיבטוס, זה מרחק של 30 דק' הליכה, או לפרלמנט, גם מרחק של 20 דק' הליכה ולגנים המדהימים שליש, גם מרחק זהה. למעשה, הכל במרחק הליכה, עד כדי שלא הצטערתי שלא רכשתי כרטיס למטרו. ממש לא היה צורך! ביום הראשון קצת הסתבכתי עם החשמל וכריסיאה אשת הקשר והארי פתרו לי את הבעיה והיו זמינים מאוד! אני לא יכול להמליץ יותר על דירה זו, שהפכה לי את השהות באתונה לחלומית ובלתי-נשכחת. תודה הארי, תודה ליליאן. מקווה שייצא לנו להתראות שוב, בפעם הבאה שאבקר באתונה. Galina's apartment was perfect for our group's needs. We didn't spend a lot of time in the apartment, or do any cooking, but the location was perfect just on the edge of the Psyrri district with it's multitude of bars, restaurants and shops, and less than 10 minutes walk from Monastiraki square. We didn't meet Galina personally as it is self- checkin, but the check in instructions were accurate and detailed. Bumped into one or two of the neighbours and they seemed friendly. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in Athens.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lukas's property, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was seamless, and Lukas provided clear instructions and recommendations for local attractions. The accommodation itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as fresh towels and coffee. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the Acropolis, making it easy to explore this iconic landmark and other nearby attractions. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. Communication with Lukas was excellent; he was always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions I had. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Appartement calme dans un quartier animé. L'appartement etait propre et tres agreable. Deux balcons finalement plus spacieux qu'ils ne semblaient sur les photos. Les gens de l'agence ont toujours ete extrêmement reactifs et aimables. Petite precison sur l'eau chaude : le bouton pour l'activer est toit petit et se trouve en realite sur le tableau électrique. Seul petit point negatif, il n'y a que 3 chaises interieures fatiguees mais avec celles de l'exterieur nous avions le compte. Nous avons ete tres bien dans cet appartement et le recommandons.

Tout était parfait ! Le logement est très propre, spacieux et moderne. Les terrasses offrent une vue imprenable sur Athènes. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Merci à Mélina pour sa réactivité.

very nice apartment well designed and equipped with latest technology. clean with lots of essentials. gym wasn't equipped though and stairs smells like insecticide is used often. parking is difficult here.

Comfortable stay with cool modern facilities. all amenities as described. Bit away from main market but good connectivity. Easily located. could have spent more time. maybe next time....

I absolutely loved Petros' space. Very homely and a great location for me. It was very close to my favorite rooftop restaurant and shops. Love, love, love...

Beautiful place. Very clean and very convenient. Supermarket down stairs. 1 min walk to train station. 30 mins walk to main attraction.

Richard a été un hôte parfaitement impeccable. Toutes ses instructions étaient parfaitement claires, ses recommandations de restaurant a proximité très bonnes. Il nous a également très gentiment propose de realiser nos réservations pour l'Acropole puisque que le paiement en ligne était dysfonctionnel depuis la France. Le logement qu'il propose est très confortable et joliment décoré. Il est a la fois proche du métro et des quartiers à visiter (nous sommes allés a l'Acropole à pied sans difficulté). Nous recommandons à 100%!

Σίγουρα θα πρότεινα αυτό το διαμέρισμα σε οποιονδήποτε σχεδιάζει να επισκεφθεί την Αθήνα! Ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο – ευήλιο, και πολύ ευρύχωρο με μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια και σαλόνι. Επίσης, ήταν πεντακάθαρο, κάτι που για μένα είναι πάντα σημαντικό. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν εξαιρετική, καθώς βρισκόταν σε μια πολύ καλή περιοχή της πόλης, κοντά στην αγορά του Χαλανδρίου, αλλά ταυτόχρονα ήσυχη για να μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις μετά από μια γεμάτη μέρα. Θα το ξαναεπέλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη για την επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στην Αθήνα!

Pobyt w tym mieszkaniu był wisienką na torcie! Czyste, wspaniałe, w dogodnym miejscu - dosłownie WSZĘDZIE chodziliśmy na piechotę. Klimatyzacja i jacuzzi to bardzo duży plus. Jedyny malutki minus, który absolutnie nie zmienia naszego odbioru mieszkania, ale może być przydatną sugestią na przyszłość to brak szklanych drzwi pod prysznicem - podczas mycia się łazienka szybko staje się mokra. Ale poza tym malutkim minusem, pobyt oceniamy na 1000/10! ❤️

We just returned home from an amazing 4 day break at this beautiful property in the heart of Athens. The apartment itself was beautiful and well equipped and the hot tub was a lovely extra. We got in at all different time of day to relax and unwind. Our hosts lived in the same building on were on hand to help us with the air conditioning and how to heat the hot tub within 30 minutes of messaging. This apartment is amazing value for money given its location. Literally everywhere we wanted to visit was within a 30 minute walk with plenty of bars, restaurants and attractions in all directions. If we’re ever in Athens again we would 100% stay here. Thanks so much for an amazing stay. Michelle and Ricky

The home was beautiful and clean in a fantastic location. The sound system made being in the hot tub that much more fun. Thank you for having us! I would definitely recommend staying here

Andreas nous a proposé un logement de rêve et a été d une gentillesse incroyable! Toujours disponible, de nombreux conseils tant en termes de restaurants qu en termes de visites 😊 en plus une localisation de rêve, que demander de plus ? Encore un énorme merci à lui pour cette semaine inoubliable!

Kalliope est une hôtesse gentille, discrète, prévenante. À notre arrivée en taxi elle nous attendait en bas de l'immeuble et avait eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir avec des vivres et des boissons : c'était le dimanche de Pâques ! Nous la remercions sincèrement. Son appartement est nickel, très bien achalandé. On peut y cuisiner sans problème. Les huisseries sont excellentes et isolent bien du ronron de la ville. Il y a des moustiquaires ce qui est fort utile. Deux balcons et une terrasse de laquelle on aperçoit une moitié d'acropole. On s'y sent chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement.

Ολα ηταν υπεροχα το σπιτι ειχε τα παντα ηταν πεντακαθαρο και μοντερνο ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν αρκετα βοηθητικος και παντα διαθεσιμος οποιαδηποτε ωρα της ημερας,οι παροχες ηταν οπως ακριβως τις περιεγραφε στην σελιδα δεν αντιμετωπισαμε κανενα προβλημα. Επισης το σπιτι βρισκεται ενα πενταλεπτο με τα ποδια απο την υπεροχη περιοχη του συνταγματος.. ευχαριστουμε για την υπεροχη εξυπηρετηση και διαμονη στο appartment σας.. ❤️ το συνιστουμε ανεπιφυλακτα σε οποιονδηποτε θελει να περασει μια υπεροχη βραδια κυριως με ζευγαρι.. (απιστευτο τζακουζι να το δοκιμασετε αν επισκευθειτε το χωρο)

i loved the stay! i will say the area is more city kind of loud vibes but im from NYC so it was nothing i wasnt used to! but i loved the hottub very easy to use and the place was beautiful i wish we stayed longer !!
