We enjoyed our stay very much, and the host is friendly and very helpful. Charlotte's recommendations were very helpful too. Very good location to explore Exmoor. The house and the surroundings are beautiful and the annexe were we stayed was very clean, tidy and well equipped. We wouldn't hesitate in coming back or recommending it to our friends.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

The apartment was modern and well stocked. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the location was excellent, private parking which included the use of an EV charger. Local amenities were great too with a Sainsbury’s and Morrisons located within 5 mins drive. Crooklets beach which is 1 minute walk from the apartment was great with local bars and cafe, however we walked a little further along the coast and visited Summerleaze beach which was amazing. Cornish Secrets customer services rep Kate was really helpful, on the first night we had an issue with the EV charger and contacted Kate at 21:30hrs, she has the issue resolved before 22:00. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend visiting

Lucky to have beautiful weather for a birthday weekend - the view from the apartment was stunning, the hosts most warm & welcoming, and a great cooked breakfast. We will be back!

Deborah & Richard are fantastic hosts. Very friendly and informative. Richard gave us a great description of the area and what to expect. The Annexe is stunning. VERY clean and had everything you need for a short/holiday stay. Their added touches of treats and towel for the dog are amazing, even though we didn’t end up taking our dog. A lovely little apartment with great views over Lynmouth and the sea. Getting there and settling in was really easy thanks to great communication from Jo and Nick. Had a lovely few days away, would stay there again!

Our first family holiday and our first visit to Devon. Kate & Ali’s house was perfect in every way. The West Wing felt luxurious at a great, family-friendly cost and was in a beautiful, rural setting with friendly hosts. Although the west wing sits next to the host’s home, it still felt very private. Thank you Kate and Ali for the welcome gifts, the hidden Easter treats and for being all-round accommodating and great hosts. We are hoping to return to The West Wing when we are in need of further relaxation. Thank you again ❤️

Perfect location to walk to the beach with our 2 dogs. Cori very helpful with a map of easiest way to get to the beach from the house. House just as described, clean and well equipped. lovely welcome pack. We loved it so much we have booked to go back in April.

Really special stay at Stairway to Devon! Nathan was incredibly accommodating making us feel very welcome! The cabin was gorgeous and clean, with lovely extras for us to enjoy! Great location, and ensured we were topped up with wood for the fire & hot tub! Great local places for food and drinks! Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing weekend away; and would happily return! Thanks a bunch!

Fantastic property in a great location. The house has lots going for it...flexible accommodation - all very well kitted out, private hot tub in the enclosed sunny rear garden, very useful outside heated shower for getting the beach off you and prepping for the hot tub, the whole place has a lovely feel to it. Location-wise, it's only a short drive to some of the best beaches in the country....we SUP'd at Hele Bay, body-boarded at Woolacombe, and ate ice cream everywhere! Close enough to larger towns like Barnstaple and Ilfracombe, but walkable to the lovely Braunton with it's mix of pubs and restaurants. It's a great home, beautifully located.

We recently stayed over the easter weekend and absolutely loved the stay. The house is brilliant and location perfect . We will definitely be back again !!

A great house in a lovely location right beside the Tarka Trail. The house had loads of space, great communal areas for everyone. John spoke to me on the phone and was very welcoming and helpful. Many thanks John, we had a great stay.

A lovely stay, had everything you could possibly need - we had two infants with us and loved the amount of space. Felt like we where out in the countryside but only 5mins from a big food shop. Lots of lovely walks nearby

We had a great stay at Anchor Down. The house is in a great location just around the corner from the village. The house felt spacious and bright, with beautiful views from the bedroom windows. Great communication from Steve throughout making for a pleasant experience!

A very comfortable flat in a perfect location, the beach and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. Quiet and secure, with underground parking. Super comfortable bed, we enjoyed the character of the flat, and all the facilities in the kitchen. Access and check-in was very easy. We loved our stay here.

We stayed here for a wedding at Tunnels Beaches which was less than a 5 minute walk away so ideal location! Kirsten was very friendly and was easy to contact - replies were instant. The property was lovely and had all amenities you needed. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like toiletries you may have forgotten and dog towels should you bring a four legged friend! It can be a little hard to find the property, as it’s tucked in, but Kirsten provided clear instructions which I would follow over the sat nav. A wonderful couple of days - thanks again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam’s - place was as described and did not disappoint! The only slight downside was that the check in instructions were slightly confusing and we got slightly lost initially - we looked for an apartment labelled 30(1) on floor SF and eventually figured out after some time that it meant apartment 30 on the second floor. Other than that though, fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend to all! We were especially impressed with how well-stocked the place was, amenities wise, and all the electronics and kitchen ware provided were top notch :)

Andrew is the perfect host, very responsive and accommodating to our requests. The apartment is beautiful, clean and fabulous interiors. We have had the perfect week and cannot wait to come back later in the year.

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close to shops and restaurants. EV charger was a real bonus for us and made getting around hassle free. The apartment was exactly as described and had all mod cons, felt like home from home. Fiona was a great host and communication was great.

The Burrow was perfect in every respect. Situated in the most beautiful of settings, we wish we could have stayed longer. From the time we arrived we felt relaxed, the Burrow was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, everything you could wish for and a few extras as well! Will certainly look forward to a return visit. Very happy guests
