Rustic, traditional flat. Had everything you need and is in a peaceful area. Walkable distance to beachfront, museum, and ancient ruins. Very straightforward instructions for check in/out. Paris was super responsive and accommodating!

It was nice to be able to walk to the public hot baths spot (where there is a changing cubicle), we found the old Roman 'Sulla's cave', and walked around the town; there are lovely views over to the mainland from the the seaside walk and lovely sunsets from the flat balcony. The flat is nice, roomy and comfortable.

It's a beautiful place, very convenient in every way. Quiet. Store's, restaurants, ferry, beach and more... All at walking distance. plus a beautiful sunset!.

This was an amazing find! Maria was very nice and helpful, always responding to messages and helping out. The place was beautiful and in a great location, close to many beaches and restaurants. A real gem!

Vriendelijke en attente eigenaresse en haar man. Liefdevol ingericht en erg schoon. Kleinigheidjes aanwezig om je welkom te heten en zelfs de mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te zetten. Een gevulde koelkast en lekkernijen maakten het bezoek compleet. Een heel fijne plek om te overnachten! De locatie, dichtbij het vliegveld, was voor ons ideaal. Maakte de ligging wat lawaaierig, maar dat was prima voor ons.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, Der Sonnenaufgang war ein Traum. Man konnte wunderbar in aller Ruhe draußen sitzen. Kleiner Makel auf hohem Niveau, das Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Ansonsten alles top.

Leuk vrijstaande bungalow in doodlopend straatje met mooie huizen. Rustige omgeving, gezellige horeca aan zee is op ca 1km afstand. Fijne ruime keuken, eetgedeelte en woonkamer. De drie slaapkamers zijn lekker ruim met voldoende kastruimte. De badkamer is groot genoeg, alleen in het bad staan is wat krap. Mooi groot overdekt terras met 2 eettafels en lounge set. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Veel mensen hebben een waakhond, die regelmatig aanslaan. S’nachts was het stil. Handig is de wasmachine. Leuk dat er netflix te kijke is. Voor boodschappen is op 3km een Lidl. Aan de doorgaande weg op ca 1km zijn ook bakkers en andere supermarkten. Verder is er een ruim aanbod van winkels aanwezig. Het strand is dichtbij en er zijn diverse plekken om te zonnen en te zwemmen. Het haventje is erg gezellig. Athene is op 45 autominuten. Parkeren in een van de vele garages/plekken in de buurt van het centrum kost ca €10 per dag. Het vliegveld is op ca 30 auto minuten, erg prettig. Nea Makri is top.

To σπίτι είναι εξαιρετικό. Όμορφο, ευχάριστο και πλήρες. Είναι καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες κατά την άποψη μου. Και οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού είναι τέλεια γιατί είναι ήσυχο και μακριά από θόρυβο και κίνηση αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια σε εστιατόρια καφέ και την παραλία. Αν το πλάνο σας είναι η επίσκεψη στην περιοχή μπορώ με σιγουριά να σας συστήσω τον χώρο. Θα μείνετε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

We stayed at Paulo's little apartment for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The space is compact but clean and very usable. It had a comfortable bed and pull out couch, a small kitchen (in which we successfully prepared two meals) and a clean bathroom that had a good, hot shower. The absolute highlight of this listing is the private beach, which is everything you might imagine. Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The water was wonderful and calm for a swim. All in all I highly recommend this place for a break. We will certainly look to return soon.

Nice, clean apartment with a spacious balcony and plenty of parking spaces right outside the door. The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

The place is in a great spot, just a short walk to Chalkida’s center, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Perfect for up to three people and totally worth the money. Great choice!”

Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Πολύ προσεγμένο, άνετο, καθαρό και μοντέρνο, ακριβώς όπως και στις φωτογραφίες. Υπήρχαν όλα οσα απαιτούνται για να έχουν οι επισκέπτες μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή. Πραγματικά δεν μας ελειψε τίποτα. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο με ανεμποδιστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στο λιμάνι. Βρίσκεται δίπλα σε εστιατόρια, καφέ, παιδική χαρά και απέναντι από την πλατεία και το λιμάνι. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική, φιλόξενη, φιλική και μας έδωσε όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες τόσο για το κατάλυμα όσο και για την περιοχή. Θα το επιλέξουμε σίγουρα για την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθούμε την περιοχή. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!

Ο χωρος ειναι ομορφος, λειτουργικος και πεντακαθαρος σε πολυ ωραια τοποθεσια. Η κα Σταυρουλα, γλυκυτατη και εξυπηρετικη που σε κανει να νιωθεις αμεσως την φιλοξενια στον χωρο της. Εξαιρετικη διαμονη, θα την προτιμησω παλι με την πρωτη ευκαιρια. Ευχαριστω πολυ, κα Σταυρουλα!

Alexandros is such a kind host! He helped us to find a bus to Athens and he was always answering my questions. What's more Rafina is a great spot to catch a ferry going to local islands. And Alexandro's place is a perfect one to walk to the port in just 15-20min. Totally recommend!
