All the windows are leadlight and the soaring window at the front (from a 100 year old church in the Hunter Valley) adds to the distinctive charm. You will have your own access. You can park in the driveway or on the street (unrestricted on weekends and after hours. Otherwise its a 2hr limit from 9am-5pm

Very modern 1 bedroom 81m2 apartment, situated on Newcastle Harbour in Honeysuckle (Nobby's headland views). The University's city campus is on the opposite side of the street. Footsteps to Honeysuckle's dining and entertainment precinct. One light rail stop from Newcastle interchange, light rail stop is directly behind the apartment building. BBQ on level 3. Apartment is professionally cleaned before each guest arrives, to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Self-cont Cabin, Smart TV, Netflix, unlimited NBN

The Cabin is a large room divided by a large wardrobe and Hutch with the bedroom (Queen Bed) on one side, and the living area on the other. In the large Bedroom area there is also a desk and smart TV, Netflix, and the toilet/shower room is accessed there. The kitchen is well equipped and I provide frozen gluten free and other breads as well as many other provisions. The lounge and chair both fold down into beds (a double, and a single) but are quite firm.
