The house was perfect for our group of 10—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Communication with them was super easy as well, which made the whole experience even better. Sydney and Chris were amazing hosts, from the moment we booked Sydney and I was in contact. The house was amazing, we have 3 family's stay and it was perfect we had the perfect weather and kids loved the pool. we didn't even need to leave the house. we went out on the last day for abit but to be honest the kids were happy to hang out at the house as was lots of room,games and football nets set up. we defo would love to come back. 👌🥰

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

Perfect house for a big family holiday! 6 adults and 1 tween - plenty of space for everyone! Loved the open layout of the house and all the lovely windows! We made great use of the pool and we loved the short stroll to the beautiful Macmasters Beach. The pool & ping pong table got a lot of use with our crew and provided hours of entertainment! Would happily stay again anytime!

We absolutely loved our time at Sand Lakehouse! It is a beautiful place to unwind and watch the water; so much bird activity on and around the lake, it was just wonderful. The house itself is spacious and appointed thoughtfully, and there was nothing we lacked. The fire pit made for a fun night of toasting marshmallows and the local ducks provided much entertainment. The bliss of having a cup of tea on the jetty cannot be overstated! Stephen was a responsive and helpful host, and there's even an IGA within walking distance for anything you've forgotten. A great place to stay; we would highly recommend.

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

Absolutely exceeded our hopes! We came for the location (1 minute to the beach) but Peter and Kerry's home was the icing on the cake. Lovingly kept and even more spacious and warm than the photos show. A beautiful blend of timber antiquities and modern touches: luxe pillows, gorgeous master beds with beautifully reno'd bathrooms. The outdoor space/deck is ideal for relaxing. Every room is decked out with modern cons like smart TVs to keep yourself occupied while resting after a beach visit. This place has character, style, warmth and is such a vibe. Kerry and Peter couldn't be more welcoming too, they were so lovely! This was the best value of any home we've stayed and our toddler adored the whole experience. Thank you so much!!!

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

Great stay at Dani's place. the house was spotless and had everything we needed. lots to do in walking distance/use of public transport but car hire makes things easier. Pool was great, good temperature and very clean and safe bbq and patio area was great for sitting out on day or night. local birds were great to watch and listen to, and the bats at night were lovely to see as UK travellers. Dani was really responsive and helpful throughout our stay thanks for a warm welcome and great service Thanks, Megan and friends

The place was perfect for our group and Steve was accomodating an excellent to deal with. Great location to get around the central coast and check in and out was easy!

Trev’s place was beautiful- even more beautiful than the photos! We were so happy when we arrived. It was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. We had a great 3 week stay at Tom's Airbnb. It was central to where we needed to be and was very spacious, light and airy. We enjoyed the indoor greenery with the 20-plus leafy plants throughout. Loved the beautiful bathroom which is quite new, with double shower heads at each end, plus a bath. The 14 stairs at the front were a bit of a challenge, but that was all to do with my mobility issues. Tom was very upfront about the stairs, and extremely kindly allowed us to park our car next to the stairs to give me easier access. His mum Lorraine, who lives in the adjoining unit, was extremely friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for her. The front terrace was a lovely sunny spot to sit. I'm used to having a clothes dryer for ensuring fluffy towels, but thankfully the front terrace was a great area to have our washing dry on the clothes airers provided, even if the towels weren't fluffy. Whilst there was no dishwasher, it wasn't a major issue to wash up by hand.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anna’s place. We didn’t need to contact our host once during our stay as everything was provided. The location was fabulous and the breeze from the elevation was superb. The beds were comfy and the central air conditioning was a plus. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Anna!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel and Sasha’s place in Picketts Valley! From the start, they were incredibly communicative and made everything seamless. The home was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the heated pool—such a treat! The property itself is peaceful and beautifully set in nature, yet still conveniently close to nearby attractions. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a perfect escape. We’d love to come back!

We had a large group of family and friends heading to the Central Coast for the Easter long weekend. We were fortunate enough to find two houses next to each other hosted by Micah and Denny that were able to fit our group. Micah and Denny were very responsive and accommodating. The two houses were very clean and had excellent views. We were very impressed with the houses location, located near Terrigal Beach (2-3 mins drive). Plenty of restaurants nearby for eating out or taking away to have at home. Thanks very much Micah and Denny for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at Black Zinc, a very comfortable accommodation and so close to the beach. The place was well equipped and very clean. Amazing views and a very tranquil setting.
