There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. The large front yard and courtyard is surrounded by a beautiful garden that provides private sanctuary and local bird habitat.
