At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

This spacious tiny is a single level retreat equipped with a comfy King size bed and 65'' TV. The skylit shower let's you soak in the sun rays underneath the rainfall showerhead. Rinse off the beach sand under the outdoor shower for that true nature experience. Enjoy your enclosed deck, firepit, bbq and eating space that crosses over from inside to outside. Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it.

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach. Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. In its own rainforest (unfenced) garden, set back from the street and neighbours and hidden from the main house 50m behind it, it’s private and quiet. All you’ll hear are the birds and the surf. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.
