Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Kea

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche im „Rural house“. Es liegt absolut ruhig an der Ostküste von Kea mit Blick auf die Ägäis, Keas Nachbarinseln und ein atemberaubendes Tal, in dem das Auge gerne Ruhe findet. Wir waren oft einfach nur auf der breiten Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht genossen, der Sonnenaufgang fesselt einen ganz besonders. Innen ist das Haus gemütlich eingerichtet und hervorragend zum Kochen ausgestattet. Das macht mit der tollen Musiksammlung ganz besonders viel Spaß. Krysta hat uns persönlich begrüßt und im Haus hat schon ein Willkommenskorb mit griechischen Köstlichkeiten auf uns gewartet. Ein kleines Büchlein mit Empfehlungen liegt aus. Wir mochten besonders den Sikamia-Strand, zum dem man 20 Minuten fährt. Wunderbar ist es auch, morgens den Weg zur kleinen Kapelle und zum alten Waschplatz des Dorfes zu gehen. Ganz besonders ans Herz gewachsen sind uns die zwei roten Katzen und wir hoffen, dass sich die nächsten Gäste auch um sie kümmern. Wir kommen wieder!

We loved our stay and are so grateful for Vassilia for her wonderful home. It made for the perfect getaway from the busy life of Athens and other parts of our busy vacation!

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

Un très beau séjour à Vourkari chez Crissa. Crissa est très à l’écoute et nous a gentiment donné des petites adresses à Kea pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande cette maison si vous voulez passer un moment calme sur l’île de Kea qui n’est pas très animé pour les soirées mais à de très belles plages.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was spacious, clean and the terrace was just fantastic. Nicholas provided us with clear instructions, and Katie was there to greet us on the day and was very helpful. We hope to come back another time.

The View is everything in this rental ! I mean it ! incredible ! we had a great stay, the house is confortable and beautiful.

This is a very charming little place on the top of the slope of houses in the port! There's lots of food options nearby and a small supermarket. Since it's at the top, there's quite a few stairs to climb so try to minimize luggage weight.. once we reached the place you realise its totally worth it as there is such a nice view from the balcony and the top garden view. it's an old kea style house with very thick walls and has everything you need.. Pagona is very responsive and helpful host and there's another nice lady called barda who showed us around.

Maria's house is situated in a fantastic spot in Kea. We have spent 10 fabulous days there. Maria had been very helpful before the booking, and of course from the booking to the arrival and the departure. Helping us with many clear answers. Being very reactive and giving good advices. The view from the house is amazing and the decoration of the all house makes you feel really on holidays. We highly recommend this house.

Loutra is an excellent location to stay In Kythnos. Quite area walkable to the restaurants and bakery's ! the place is not very big but it was very clear with lots of amenities provided in the kitchen and etc. we had an issue with the place but Demetrios solved it as soon as he could! the place is highly recommended!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία!! Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι! Οι χώροι ακριβώς όπως η περιγραφή! Οι teo & soly φανταστικοί οικοδεσπότες!

Unlike most other houses in Ioulis Dimitris' house is close to the parking of the town. The view is stunning and every day there is a wonderful sunset you can enjoy from te balcony. The bed is comfortable. There's a bakery/cafenion close by with a nice balcony for another beautiful few and a very nice restaurant at the same small square I particularly liked. All run by the friendly people of Ioulis and Kea. The busstop is also close to the apartment and it connects with the ferry. Dimitri is a quick responder, a problem with the washing machine was fixed in hours. Ioulis is a beautiful town with barely any cars since the streets are to narrow. Kea is very peaceful, I left to early and should have stayed longer, it's a place to return to. Jan

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

Το σπίτι ήταν καλύτερο από ότι περιμέναμε . Η θέα από την πισίνα κάτι παραπάνω από μοναδική !!!Το σπίτι υπέρ άνετο και πολύ λειτουργικό !!Ο Παναγιώτης ήταν εκεί ! Για ότι θέλαμε !! Πολύ φιλικός και με άφθονη θετική ενέργεια Παναγιώτη σίγουρα θα σας επισκεφτούμε ξανά!!

Wunderschöne Lage mit direktem Meerzugang, live noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Innen ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es ist definitiv darauf ausgelegt Zeit auf der wunderschönen Terrasse und am Meer zu verbringen. Maria war perfekt von A bis Z. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι κατά πάσα πιθανότητα το καλύτερο του μεγέθους του στη χώρα της Κέας. Σίγουρα είναι στο καλύτερο σημείο της Ιουλίδας, πανέμορφη θέα και εύκολη πρόσβαση στα καταστήματα. Εξοπλισμένο και διακοσμημένο με εξαιρετικό γούστο, η Camille μας υποδέχτηκε και μας καλωσόρισε άψογα. Σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε το χώρο και πάλι την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφθούμε το νησί

It is an awesome place managed by great human being. I felt I had sister in Athens and her care and communication bowled my wife and me. The place, though smaller than expectations, had all the amenities and large terrace with perfect combination of mountain, city and sea view. This is a MUST STAY place and we highly recommend...Cheers

Náš pobyt předčil naše očekávání, ubytování bylo krásné, čisté, prostorné, nic nechybělo. Bylo by skvělé k vícedennímu pobytu! Určitě moc doporučujeme. Káva ve vedlejší kavárně a snídaně k tomu. Prostě skvělé!

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

Δίπλα σε στάση του μετρό στο κέντρο της πόλης , ευρύχωρο σπίτι με μεγάλους χώρους και πεντακάθαρο ! Αξίζει όλα τα λεφτά ! Θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε την Αθήνα . Αξίζει να το δοκιμάσει κάποιος .
