We had a wonderful weekend! My friends and I were able to relax and we produced an average amount of noise, whilst adhering to the pool closing times. Clearly the neighbours are reasonable as we did not receive any noise complaints. The weekend became extra special as my partner proposed! 💍 We will think of Zen very fondly and we may be back one day! Thank you for a wonderful stay. 🩷

Well appointed house with thoughtful touches. Very friendly neighbourhood, a short drive to the main shopping area and close to the beach too.

We had a fantastic stay at Kurtis' property. The rooms were beautifully presented, and the multiple kitchens and living areas made our large group feel right at home. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the spa bath and by the indoor fireplace. Kurtis was incredibly responsive to any questions we had, and the location was perfect for bushwalking and sightseeing around the Blue Mountains.

Absolutely loved staying at Belinda’s place with our extended family for the week. Beautiful spot tucked away in Pearl Beach, an easy stroll down to the beach, and an incredible house with plenty of space for all the kiddos and adults. Belinda’s house was very well appointed - stylishly renovated, well-thought out design with beautiful furnishings. We had a great week (despite some heavy rain!) and look forward to staying again soon.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Our stay BellMohr House was exceptional. The house itself was stunning, beautiful furnishings and had everything we needed. We were a family of 11, the house was spacious and had many activities to suit the whole family. The host, Rob was outstanding, his communication was fantastic giving clear instructions and he went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend staying at BellMohr House :)

Fantastic stay over Easter weekend! Group consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids and we all had a ball, house is perfect for children so much for them to do, house was spotless, well equipt with everything we could possibly need and area was great, lots of things close by for the kids to do! Communication with Yufei was so easy and response time was super quick! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! The house is very cosy with a beautiful view of the water. Tasman was very responsive and provided detailed instructions including local eatery and walking tracks recommendations.

Peaceful and secluded place. We loved the deck and the fire pit in the evenings. Pet friendly, which was great so we could bring our smallest family member too! And he loved it. Great communication as well. Thank you Daniel.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Gorgeous location and one of the best stocked Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in, in terms of crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, salad bowls, bread boards plus surplus stock for bathrooms, kitchen needs etc. We had a really great stay in every way.

It was our second time at Ally’s Umina and cannot fault the place. Place is very clean and well equipped, relaxing in the spa. Robbie is a wonderful and responsive host, providing guides and suggestions during our stay. Sit outside and you’ll feel the serenity just listening to birds and the sound when wind blew past the trees. Ally’s Umina Oasis is highly recommended place to stay in Central Coast. Phou is a lovely host! She was quick to answer all of our questions and kind enough to help with other information and requests though we couldn’t meet in person. She even provided us some food which beyond our expectations. The house itself is well designed and can accommodate a lot of people. However, there’s only 2 bathrooms so need a bit of time management. Other than that our stay were amazing! The location is in a lovely neighborhood close to the airport. It’s walkable to train station (within 1 km range). If you plan to drive though, parking is a bit tricky but Phou’s detailed guide would get you covered. All in all, I would recommend this place to any group that plans to visit Sydney.

Unique stay with thoughtful amenities to ensure you have a great time no matter what the weather. The photos don't do the views justice and the area is peaceful also. The home is well thought out for the use of space, its kitchen is well kept with tools and appliances. Everything is comfortable and immaculate. We had mixed weather during our stay but the home is so comfortable it was a pleasure to stay-in and the moment the opportunities presented themselves we were able to enjoy the outdoors. Would totally recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scott’s beautiful home, my family and I had the most wonderful time.The beds were so comfortable And the location is amazing with everything you need within walking distance. Scotts Home is very clean, comfortable and felt just like home. Scott provided everything needed for a big family and the outdoor area was so welcoming The kids loved the pool I Definitely recommend Scotts place. Awesome house for our multi-family getaway - plenty of space, plenty to keep the kids entertained between pool, some games, lake down the road and space to kick a soccer ball out front. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Easy 15min drive to Caves Beach which is an area we love but this house was significantly better value for money and lovely to see Lake Munmorah - run/walk track right at end of the road and a few shops including a cute gift shop and mini-mart / bottlo. Hosts communicated well. A great stay :)

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was there, and the host was super friendly and helpful. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our time here. Would absolutely love to stay again—highly recommended!
