An ideal apartment to explore Napflio and the region. You can park just in front, it is clean, spacious, and super well-equipped, down to every detail. Beds are comfortable. The terrace is very pleasant too, with nice sunsets over the hills opposite. Oranges, cake, and biscuits made a difference upon arrival too! We strongly recommend Κωνσταντίνα's flat.

Super logement, très agréable jardin fleuri parmi les oliviers, vue magnifique, ambiance relaxante. Le logement est très propre, simple mais il y a tout ce qu’il fait, et surtout, Linos est un hôte adorable. Nous avons été accueillis avec un jus d’orange frais pressé, des confitures maison, des petites herbes aromatiques de son jardin à notre départ… Une superbe location pour séjourner à Nauplie, juste à côté de la ville mais dans les hauteurs, beaucoup plus joli. Parfait.

Tollo ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit kristallklarem Wasser und die Unterkunft von Theoharis eine Oase - das Haus befindet sich in einem auf Etagen angelegtem und liebevoll bepflanzten Garten in dem fünf Schildkröten wohnen; besonders schön für Kinder da das Gelände groß und abwechslungsreich ist aber abgeschlossen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig - jedes der vier Schlafräume verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, es gibt einen separaten Salon mit Esstisch und mindestens drei private Sitzplätze im Außenbereich für jede Tageszeit. Wir wurden sehr gut mit Wasser versorgt und Theoharis hatte auf alle Fragen schnell reagiert und uns auch eine sehr gute Taverne empfohlen. Vielen Dank Theohari für die wunderbare Gastfreundschaft!

If you want to experience the true Greek hospitality in Nafplio, this is the place to stay. I spent 5 nights at this lovely house, and I felt like this was my home in Nafplio. Upon arrival, Kosta and Eleni were waiting for me at the front. There was a home-made cake and cookies from Eleni and a bottle of wine produced by a local winery. The place was equipped with everything, and impeccably clean. What impressed me the most was that, immediately upon entering the house, I could tell that they really care about the house and the guest’s stay. They were always available if I had any questions. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the Old Town, which I always left my car in front of the house. The area is extremely safe at all hours. They both live upstairs with their family, so I felt very safe while having the entire house to myself. I will definitely stay at Kosta’s house the next time I visit Nafplion. Ο Αντρέας ήταν πολύ φιλικός, μας έστειλε προτάσεις για εστιατόρια στην περιοχή, απαντούσε πάντα άμεσα όποτε και να χρειαστήκαμε όχι μόνο την βοήθειά του αλλά και την άποψή του. Όταν μπήκαμε το σπίτι μύριζε καθαριότητα. Το σπίτι ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα πάντα, από καφέ και μπαχαρικά μέχρι σακούλες για τα σκουπίδια, γεγονός που έκανε τη ζωή μας πολύ πιο εύκολη κατά την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ο δρόμος μπροστά από το σπίτι χρησιμοποιείται σπάνια οπότε τα παιδιά μας μπορούσαν άνετα να παίξουν με ασφάλεια. Δεν θέλαμε να φύγουμε.

Όμορφο και ήσυχο διαμέρισμα. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος και ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ καλός στην επικοινωνία. Λίγο μακριά από το κέντρο του Ναυπλίου, αλλά για εμάς αυτό δεν ήταν πρόβλημα. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά.

Es war ein Vergnügen, in dieser Unterkunft zu wohnen! Die Kommunikation mit Chryssa war super – immer schnell und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war nicht nur sauber, sondern auch großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. Ein weiteres Plus war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machte. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der eine gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Bleibe sucht.

Om du inte har något emot att gå 1,1 km till början på gamla stan (delvis uppför) så är detta boende toppen. Det ligger i Pronia området - som skiljer sig helt från gamla stan. Lite som en by på landet. Själva boende ligger pittoreskt vid slutet av en gränd och mittemot den söta kyrkan Agios Panteon och det speciella berg kyrkan är inbyggd i. Den har Ingång från gränden och stor altan åt andra hållet som är delvis kringbyggd och delvis har fin utsikt över staden och bortöver vattnet och Bourtzi. (När vi var där var den utsikten tyvärr skymd av en plast som grannarna verkade ha spänt upp). Ett plus för solbäddar på altanen. Väldigt ren, fräsch och nyrenoverad lägenhet som är otroligt välutrustad med t ex skarpa knivar, ordentligt med toalettpapper, tvättmedel mm mm. Mycket vänliga, hjälpsamma och välkomnande värdar med massor av välkomstgåvor.

Had a great stay close to Nafplio, walking distance to supermarkets and coffee shops. Felt very safe and Fenia had the place well stocked with books, snacks and games for visitors!

The apartment is very nice. It's very clean, everything works and the beds are great. The AC in the living room cools the apartment and the fans in the bedrooms do the rest so you sleep comfortably even when it's hot. The balcony with a view of the castle on the hill is great, especially in the evening when the castle is illuminated. The location is also great, you are a few minutes walk away from the next bars and restaurants and can easily walk to the harbour area. There is usually also a spot free to park your car near the apartment. The host is very nice and professional and responded quickly to any question. Overall a great apartment.

We had a wonderful 3 week stay at Mama Mia. Position was fantastic. only 20 steps away along the beach to our favourite restaurant Romvi. The spacious outside terrace was well used with its extensive views. Merete was very friendly and obliging.

Pros Only one flight of stairs & an elevator. Large terrace which is mostly shady & therefore not too hot shaded parking place Each room has a heating/AC unit green grocer and small market across the street, large market around the corner, laundry service at the end of the street, bakery just a couple blocks away on Argois. Easy 1 mile walk to touristic shopping and restaurant area (local restaurants closer on Char. Trikoupi) Apartment is at the back of the bldg so traffic and other noise is low. Easy drive to wine tasting in Argos or Nemea FYI - The “blinds” to block light are outside the sliding doors. Cons Incense sticks and plug-in “air freshener” (moved outside to the terrace). A bedroom in the middle of the living room is odd but it is a separate room. Neighbor across the hall plays TV exceptionally loud all day and it’s audible in the apartment. But we were able to nap and it is turned off overnight. no microwave The bed is soft rather than firm and bottom sheet doesn’t tuck

Wohnung war wie beschrieben sehr schön. Es wurden uns sehr gute Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants und allgemeine Infos gegeben. Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut.

Logement impeccable, propre et spacieux, nous étions une famille avec deux enfants, ça ne nous a pas gênés qu’ils dorment dans la cuisine. Vue magnifique sur la baie de Tolo, orienté est/ouest, environnement calme très appréciable, idéal pour parcourir les environs également. Les commerces à 100m à pied, ainsi que la plage, tout était parfait, merci!

Als wir das Appartement betraten, hatten wir einen Woweffekt. Der Blick aufs Meer, die Einrichtung, die Großzügigkeit der Wohnung und vor allem standen frische Orangen und Zitronen auf dem Tisch, daneben Brot, ein Glas Honig, ein Glas Aprikosenmarmelade und eine Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank! Überhaupt war eigentlich alles schon vorhanden. Vom Öl über Tee, Kaffee, Gewürzen bis hin zum Waschmittel. Und die Wohnung war vorgewärmt, so dass wir es uns gemütlich machen konnten. Ein toller Service! Vielen Dank! Der kleine Ort Kiveri liegt sehr malerisch am Fuße von Bergen. Die Strandpromenade ist sehr gepflegt und es waren sogar zwei Restaurants geöffnet, obwohl wir im Februar dort waren. Von der Terasse sieht man am gegenüber liegenden Ufer Nafplios Wasserburg und am Abend auch die Lichter der Festung der Stadt. Von Kiveri aus kann man sehr gut die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Peloponnes erkunden. Wir hatten trotz des kühlen Wetters einen tollen Urlaub und können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, perfect for two persons. Suitable even for longer stays. Very nice terrace and view. Perfect location just outside old town, by the city park and the local market. Most helpful and kind host ever.

Ce n'est pas un appartement mais une maison, vaste, bien meublé, bien équipé, tellement propre rarement vu! Deuxième étage, balcon, avec superbe vue sur la forteresse. Les hôtes super sympathiques. Merci pour tout!

Elégedettek voltunk a szállással, 10 napot töltöttünk itt. Van egy fél privàt strand a szálláshely előtt, ami nagyon kellemes és nyugodt, már déltől vannak árnyékos részek. A közelben sok jó strand van még. A házigazda nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt. Parkoló zárt udvaron volt lehetséges ami szintén előny. Mi kisbabával voltunk, kaptunk kiságyat, etetőszéket és kádat is. A strand közelsége pedig kifejezetten megkönnyítette a dolgunkat. Az ingatlan és kertje tiszta és gondozott. Van egy hangulatos kis kertje is. Mi szívesen jönnénk máskor is és ajánljuk másoknak is.:)

location is great, a quiet neighborhood but close enough to the city center and the old town. supermarket 2 min by foot. Eva was very kind and helpful. the apartment was great, cozy, comfi, had everything we needed.

Appartement très agréable, lumineux et très bien équipé. Situé dans une rue à 10 petites minutes à pied de la vielle ville, il est calme et le parking est clairement un plus! L'hote est réactif et aimable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Nauplie est une très belle ville. Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir réservé une nuit de plus !

Η διαμονή μας ήταν στο σύνολο αρκετά καλή και το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως μας το περιέγραψαν. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και ειδικά το μπάνιο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη με σκεύη και με πρώτες ύλες για μαγείρεμα όπως λάδι, αλλά πιπέρι κτλ. Ωστόσο ο χώρος δεν έχει καθόλου καλή μόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ δεδομένου πως ο γείτονας έμενε έως τις 02:00 το πρωί στη βεράντα του και ακουγόταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο οι ομιλίες. Επίσης η πόρτα έχει ένα παράθυρο το οποίο δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως στο δωμάτιο και να είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να μπορεί κάποιος να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ. Ο καναπές δεν είναι καθόλου βολικός για ύπνο καθώς νιώθεις τα σίδερα από κάτω. Οι γείτονες κάπνιζαν από το πρωί στο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο καθώς έμπαινε ο καπνός μέσα. Επίσης το internet έχει σοβαρό θέμα καθώς οι ταχύτητες είναι από ελάχιστες έως ανύπαρκτες.
