What a beautiful house and location! I would highly recommend that you book this property, it is a short 5 min walk to three different beaches and has a lovely north facing balcony looking towards the sea, and backs directly onto the golf course. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and has a really well stocked kitchen.

Spacious, clean, bright, beautifully fitted-out apartment to base our family of 7, exploring the gorgeous Sapphire Coast or just to relax by the fire pit amongst the birds. 2-car undercover parking was appreciated! Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Thank you so much to our host! The house was better than we could have expected, the table tennis was a hit, the board and outside games provided were definitely appreciated. We enjoyed both seating areas as they were spacious for the 6 of us. Location wise was super close to the local shops and beach to walk. Simon was so lovely and accomodating in helping with every query and provided a lot of recommendations for things to do. Neighbours were also friendly and helpful. Thank you and will definitely try and book this home again in the future! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Chris and Alison’s place! They are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts — even though we arrived late in the evening, they warmly greeted us and took the time to show us around the house. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were touched by their thoughtful touches, including breakfast items and fresh milk prepared for us. The beautiful garden with goats, alpacas, and chickens made the experience even more special. The whole environment was peaceful and relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Lots of things to do around at close distance by foot or car. Place was very comfortable and kitchen had everything needed to cook. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely lovely house in a stunning location. Very comfortable, private and spacious with the additional living quarters downstairs. We loved the easy access to the beach, the gorgeous walks and cafes. Kristy and Jason were super responsive and easy to deal with. We will be back.

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful spot. Chris and Therese were very friendly and responsive hosts and they made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean and tidy and there were many fantastic spots to sit outside in the garden. The view of the water in Vincentia was stunning too. Would highly recommend this property.

My family and I recently stayed at Kim's property, and it was an exceptional experience. The house is located on a very quiet and peaceful street, surrounded by beautiful scenery, with short walks to the nearby beaches and shops. Kim was an outstanding host, always friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. They ensured that our stay was comfortable and even provided some excellent recommendations for local activities and dining spots. The property itself was immaculate and extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described and in great condition. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful extras, such as kitchen appliances and the ample outdoor space, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The property was very family-friendly, accommodating our 4-month-old baby and small dog with ease. Overall, our stay at Kim's place was fantastic and we gladly recommend it to others.

We had such a wonderful stay at Mark and Jo's 'jewel'! They were the perfect hosts. The apartment is modern, spacious and spotless with lovely touches and all the amenities you can think of. A beautiful outdoor area (with a BBQ) is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst taking in the stunning views. Very private and peaceful. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to everything. We were so impressed and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and spacious hideaway. House was as advertised in a quiet area. Walk across the bridge to the town centre was about 20 mins. We saw dolphins in the water. Pub/restaurant down the road called The Punt House had great views & delicious food. The Cullendulla Beach Track was also not far. Would stay again

The location of the apartment couldn’t be better! Right at the port close to restaurants and shops and walking distance to the complimentary dolphin cruise which we enjoyed very much. A great and thoughtful perk that came with the booking and definitely the highlight of our stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and is very well equipped if you want to do your own cooking. Especially the dishwasher is a nice extra. Despite the central location it was very quiet at night and we had a good sleep. The huge terrace with sea view that comes with the apartment is also amazing. We had our breakfast there in the morning and a relaxing glass of wine in the evening watching the port. Brendan and Kelli were great hosts who always responded quickly and were very helpful in case we had some questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

A great dog friendly apartment in Vincentia, close to lots of local beaches and a short drive into Husky and Vincentia town centres. Apartment has a large beautiful enclosed garden which was great for our dog.

This stay was located perfectly for the Bateman’s bay foreshore and provided excellent views across the water. The space was generous and provided everything we needed.

Our family (husband, wife and 2x children) had a wonderful Easter holiday at Above the Bar. The location is outstanding. Jill was a very friendly and responsive host.

What a great place! Really well equipped, with gorgeous ocean views and just a hop, skip and a jump to the boardwalk and a short drive into Narooma. We had two terrific nights here and would happily stay again - thanks, Marie, for a lovely stay!
