Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Leafy & Private Courtyard Studio

This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

Freshly renovated, PRIVATE and absolute waterfront Cabin with all amenities overlooking the most magnificent section of the Hawkesbury River at Lower Portland (City side of the River) - there is a modest (but modern) kitchen - adjacent to bushland teeming with bird life and rural properties nearby historic Hawkesbury sites and wineries with pretty walks along the River and fire trails 90 mins from Sydney CBD 30 mins from Windsor and Glenorie 40 mins from Rouse Hill and Castle hill

The Collectors Studio

A stroll from the beach and nestled amongst the trees, our sweet seaside studio is filled with treasures we have collected along the way. The Collectors Studio is a unique, eclectic space designed for couples or solo travellers to have a relaxing few nights away. Its the perfect summer or winter getaway with our old wood burner fireplace and clawfoot bathtub to keep you cosy in the cooler months, and Blue Lagoon Beach only 1 block away to enjoy in the warmer months!

Perfect weekend get away or short stay by the beach - fully self contained apartment with seperate entrance. Enjoy a short stroll to the lake and beach. Centrally located on the northern beaches gives perfect access to shops, restaurants, cinema, sports fields and the world famous beaches. Public transport at the end of the street gives you perfect access to the thrills of Sydney. A/C and all the comforts of home including kitchen and shared hot tub and patio area.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Nestled within Berowra Waters park the Berowra Waters Glass House offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to six people. All rooms are tastefully and stylishly decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. With spacious balconies extending from the kitchen and living areas, you can take advantage of the stunning 180 degree views.
