The apartment and the amenities are outstanding. We returned here because we had to extend staying away from our house because of renovations. This was our first choice and u cannot recommend it enough. What really does need highlighted is how much of an outstanding history Connie is. She was so understanding, compassionate, super friendly and flexible. She deserves 10 stars.

Alan’s Place was absolutely perfect for our night away! Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Everything we needed was provided. Alan was extremely accommodating and easy to contact. The little personal touches Alan provided for our stay made us feel right at home.

Nick and Bianca's place was spacious , beautiful decorated and very functional - our 8 year old was so impressed with the stay he gave us a big pat on the our backs for picking this place :) Our stay in Newcastle was short but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this to friends.

We had a lovely stay in this fabulous apartment over Christmas and New Year. The apartment is spotless, bright and spacious, and beautifully furnished. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach in Newport and close to good coffee shops and restaurants. Mia is an excellent host, very responsive to any queries we had and gave us clear and detailed information about check-in process and local amenities. Lots of free parking spaces in streets so parking is no problem. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back next year for another two week stay.

The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and well furnished. The views from the balcony were stunning. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was very easy to access and it was well stocked. We had a fantastic time in the house, the facilities and amenities were great quality. Such a beautiful place and location. Super modern looked exactly like the photos. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Definitely would stay again, we loved it.
