Garden Retreat

The place is a Motel like small studio, very privacy. You have yourown queen bed, toilet and bathroom. It's air conditioned, has a TV and bar fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine,toaster, small stove, sink, sandwich making, and hair dryer, spaces for rest, this room we only have street parking for free and walking distance to the nearest train station is Yennora just 500 metres. The trains can take you to the city or Campbelltown. Major shopping centres are in Fairfield about 1 km away.

Tranquil & private courtyard, equipped guest-suite

Relaxing & comfortable guest-suite with private courtyard, close to shopping centres, bus stop and just around 15 minute walking to Chester Hill station. The suite is equipped with air-conditioning, TV, unlimited fast broadband Internet & WI-FI. Tea, coffee and cooking facility are also provided. Guest also has the gate remote control to enter and exit with ease. This is the 1st of two separated guest-suites on our large backyard with trees. It is self contain and no sharing amenities.

Auburn - Entire Place - Garden Villa

Self contained,Modern Garden Villa is available for short term rental. Villa is situated 12-15 minutes walk away from Auburn train station, 30 minutes train trip to Sydney city. The villa has a double-size bed, study table with chair, bedside table, mirror, storage space, and reversed air-condition system. Full Kitchen with Gas stove, fridge and microwave and bathroom with shower. It has it's own washing machine as well. Friendly 2 dogs are on the premises. FREE off-street parking

JK Family

JK Family house is a brand new luxury apartment, that includes swimming pool and gym. It situated near to the Merrylands railway station, just 200 meter away. We have approximately 35 local restaurants and stockland shopping centre right across the road. The Sydney central station is just 30 minutes away. The olympic park and city is a 30 minute travel by public transport and the airport is also 30 minutes away by car. Westmead hospital is just a 10 minute travel by car.

Relax in a spacious quiet peaceful suite on 16th floor overlooking Parramatta River. The room features a comfortable Queen bed with side table lamps. Tripled mirrored w/robe, compact desk for that extra work, a relaxing couch and fridge. The private en-suite bathroom is complete with shower, toilet and basin on a full cabinet with mirror. A shared kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry are available for guests use. Language spoken is English and Chinese.

Upstairs Retreat. Stylish, comfortable+ breakfast

At my place you'll find a private retreat upstairs that is spacious and all your own. Comfy queen sized bed, free WIFI, a TV (not 'smart'), study desk, kettle, tea / coffee, a little fridge and breakfast foods all await you. My street is fairly quiet and there are lots of trees and birds. Plenty of parking on the street. Self check in is easy if I'm not home to welcome you.

Serene and restful bedroom - for women only

The private bedroom (double bed), has its own bathroom and a balcony. It is for WOMEN ONLY, in a small shared apartment close to Olympic Park, entertainment and sporting facilities. - Pets allowed: only quiet, house trained, friendly dogs allowed (pet fee at booking) - strictly no cats or any other pets. - Fee parking on street.
